So sorry my "posting history" doesn't meet your approval.
I love that after 8 years of unmitigated PS3 and Wii bashing was taken completely in stride on this forum, a few people get super butt hurt over a couple months of absolutely fair criticism of Xbone.
Microsoft will do just fine, whether you cry for them or not pumpkin.
Anybody time that?

The "dish it out but can't take it" factor is very strong with this one.

Another informal PAX poll, this time with Max Scoville from Rev3.
The highlight: "Sega...ummm...game...system" getting more votes than WiiU.

I want Sega's new console. C'mon they can do it, these things are basically HTPCs. Make that shit BC and it will win.

Neither, I just built a brand new gaming pc and most of the big games I want are coming to pc. Plus they will be cheaper on pc, console launches always come with a year or two price premium on the games.

$59 is pretty much the norm across the board for PC and Console, the only exception recently has been Rayman Legends which is $39 on PC, $59 on Console.

MSRP might be the same (although many come in at $50) but there's a lot more deals available. I know I got both Infinite and Tomb Raider in the $40 range from Green Man Gaming.

The Dreamcast was a great console that was ahead of its time, but as I just pointed out, Sega released a lot of shit in between the Genesis and that console.

It's getting more common and I do hope that changes, $59 for PC games is a load of rubbish since the process is far less extensive than it is for Consoles. Battlefield 4 is listed as $59 but the Premium version is $49 for some reason. Call of Duty Ghosts, Titanfall, Dark Souls II, The Sims 4, etc; are $59, Sports Titles have never been very popular on PC so thankfully those are very cheap (NBA 2k14 is $30, Fifa 14 is $40).

Infinite came with credit so I was wrong there, but also came with 3 other games at the time.

I'm familiar with the deals, I was going off MSRP I suppose. No matter, $59 MSRP for PC Games is still BS.

Battlefield 4 Premium isn't a deluxe version of the game, it's like CoD Elite -- add-on content with a Season Pass and other benefits.

Was more of a reference to the fact they have to pay out to Sony / Microsoft to get their game on the console, not so on the PC.

The Saturn was just like the PS3 - harder to program for.
Sega CD was ahead of it's time and was not properly used... stupid FMV.

PC games are cheaper. Period. There are exceptions of course. Games like COD, it's easier to find a sale in a console.
But in general, if you can wait, you should be able to pay between $30 and $40 for a console game. And under $20 for a PC game.
