Re: Watch Dogs

I have had this game for a few months and after completing Wolfenstein at the weekend i decided to boot it up Sunday. Its one of those games that at the beginning it is not easy to like and feels awkward. However, after playing it for a few hours now i am really enjoying it. I am devoting my time to this game for the next week or two and then on to the next...

I finished this game last night with 40.3 % completion. I'm not one to do 100 %. Did a few side stuff but focused mainly on the story missions.

Driving was the worst aspect of this game. The only vehicles that felt fun to drive were the motorcycles. Everything else felt so unresponsive and most of the time they end up crashing. Maybe I'm just a bad driver?

Combat was fun . I do wish they would've rewarded stealth no kill play style. Most missions I started out attempted stealth and knocking out enemies. But a lot of times they limit you and some cases forced to kill your way through a mission.

Music was good but the license stuff was just awful. Most of the time I just streamed Spotify to the game.

The Main Character was one of the most unlikeable Protagonists that I've ever played through with. A pretty dead personality. I understand his motivation throughout didn't make for a happy fun times but it just made the game less fun. I think that's one of the reasons it took me so long to finish this game. I do hear the Main Character in WD2 Is much better.

The main antagonist was pretty cringe worthy cliched . Though I did think his death was pretty clever and original.

In the end I like the concept and the world the game builds but there's too many negatives I can't recommend this game.
