Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I always go directly to Krustyland, without going first to Springfield, when visiting my friends.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Maybe we could all agree to put it somewhere on the coast, or something like that. Of course, that's where I have mine, so...

Also, is there something I'm supposed to be doing in other people's Krustylands?

It looks like maybe it matches you to wherever you came from. So if I'm in my Krustyland and I click on visit friends, it will take me to their Krustyland. And if I'm in my Springfield it will take me to their Springfield.

Click on their buildings so you get tickets instead of dollars. I'm sure it won't be a big deal in a week or two when we've all got lots of stuff genertaing tickets, but right now, tickets are scarce and I needs to buy me a Poochie!

I put my shuttle bus at the location right where you enter my Sprinfield.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

When you're on the friends screen, instead of tapping the town like normal, tap above it where Krustyland is or should be and that's where you'll go so you don't have to look for the shuttle.

From what I've read, the most likely cause of that was playing on version 4.3 (the one without Krustyland) after playing on 4.4.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Man I got the same glitches. Homer is currently playing ring toss in springfield. The entrance is smack in the middle of a bunch of houses and I have krustyland litter strewn all across springfield look like day four of woodstock '94. My krustlyland is basically an empty lot. Kletus has also cloned himself as he is standing around in krustyland and I left him off task in springfield.

Yeah, that happened to me too.

Basically forget about Krustyland until they fix that problem. Continue with your normal tasks in Springfield. That's what I'm doing.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Am I supposed to find silver tongue somewhere?

I have a popup telling me to harvest it but I don't see it anywhere in my 2 horse town.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Yes, currently have moonshine growing so that might be the issue.

Although it tells me to harvest silver tongue, not grow it.

You'll have to wait until the moonshine is done. Then you can plant the silver tongue so you can harvest it.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

or you can put the farm in storage, it'll kill the moonshine quest, then you can start the silvertongue one. but, if you are more than 12 hours into the moonshine one, i'd say just let it ride.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

A question about the Sir Putts a Lot questline:

Spoiler:
I did the part where Lisa, Rod (?), and Martin have a tournament. Then there's some dialogue saying Rod wins, so now it's all up to Bart, who won the first round. I assume that should trigger some kind of Bart vs. Rod final round, but nothing. So ... am I right? Which character is supposed to trigger the next leg of the questline?

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Spoiler:
Ralph participates in the tournament as well. I'm not sure who triggers it but maybe look for him, Wiggum or Homer to see if they're doing tasks currently.

I like things to reveal themselves rather than to read about them first, but with the mini-golf tournament
Spoiler:
it's such a long-ass quest, with I think three rounds of multiple people playing rounds together, it's kind of a pain. There's no better time to have all your characters ending tasks at the same time.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I'm not attacking, just asking. Why do so many people get in a tizzy about spoiler tags? Not just in this thread but across the whole board. Is it really that hard to click the button? I've always wondered this.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I like to err on the side of spoiler tags. It's not that difficult to include them, and if it lets another poster enjoy the game more, why not.

Anyway, the next part of the quest triggered for me. Not sure why it took its time triggering, but all's well that ends well.
