6 tokens. 5 gave me cash (and to make things worse, to the slot next to Claus Co.), the last one gave me 50 GCs.

Let me go cry to my corner.

Claus Co. is mine. And no, I won't put it away after the event. It's a skyscraper that goes right next to the popsicle skyscraper and the Homer king king skyscraper downtown.

This is generally how I do it, though I go out to the main menu at least once to see where people are with their GCs. Conveniently, my neighbors with and without tiles tend to gather themselves in clumps.

I have it downtown next to the King Kong as well, along with Costington's. :)

Is anyone using corn similar to how the seaport tiles work? I'm curious to try it, but three months is a long wait.

My concern is if no one hits my corn within the week, I'll have lost the 90 days. There are people on my friends list who hit the tile, but no one has ever hit my farm or my news station.

If you have the Marge Witch costume, she has a task that can speed up the growing of crops.

I didn't do corn yet. What does it do?

45,000 money and 9,000 XP points so it's a way to make money and level ups but it takes up to 90 days. It's risky if they ever fix the bug and I would probably put the farm away from anything else to avoid accidental taps.

Is it just me, or does Sideshow Bob now come in mostly unannounced?

I've always avoided those in other people's towns. So they stack up like the boardwalk tiles, e.g., I can tap it and someone else can come in and tap it too?

And in the four hours since I asked that question, I've gotten two SSB notifications.

I never got this. Did anyone?

Nevermind. Rebooted my phone and it came up.

I'm growing corn, about 35 days away. I have a feeder town, so I plan on using that to prevent my corn from expiring. Does anyone know if you get $45000 and 9000XP every time someone taps it? Can you tap it, exit the town, come back in, tap it again, repeat?

I posted about this before. I get him every time I enter my town. I know the stats aren't supposed to work like that. Hasn't affected my righteousness rating yet but I have tons of training walls. I find when I visit neighbours it doesn't always show a notification and sometimes I just notice him running around.

I saw somewhere that crops will take multiple handshakes as tiles do. I have no direct experience of it.

I've never even thought about planting corn, but now that I'm not allowed to build any more titles, hmm...

I have seven spins saved up and I think I'm just gonna keep saving them up through the weekend and next Monday have an insane 60 seconds of spinning, spinning, spinning!0

It means nothing, but I hit 100K in GCs!

I'll try tapping mindtrp's farm tonight.

I'm sort of tempted to watch the tie-in episode this weekend.

Still trying to drop bags on those in need. Lemme know if you still trying for prizes or spins.

Always twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom!

I've got 20+ spins and tonight I'm going to unplug my router and get that damnable Claus Co so I can be done with this whole event. I'm ready to move on.

BTW, if you do the router trick, remember: when you reinstall, the game will default to no confirmation for donut spend. I learned that when my fat fingers caused me to waste 4 donuts on the stupid dog track.

Don't bother, I started up the Corn a few days ago before thinking about what will happen if no one taps it. I haven't decided if I'm going to let the corn finish out or if I'm going to store the farm and start a different crop.
