Pleasant surprise : all your avatar items and clothes are readily available on the One and they don't require a cat-on-a-skateboard to load either. You can change your gamer pic into something bigger with more pixels. I don't know what it'll look like on the 360, but the 360's gamer pics look like postage stamps from 10 feet away on the One.
I still don't know how to redeem my 1600 point codes on the one. I'll have to use the 360 I guess. In either case, I'm buying the KI characters. That game is awesome looking. Love the tutorial as well. And the new D pad is sublime and feels wonderful.

Hey guys so the xbox store is working again. I bought Ghost (9.99) and then xbox fitness (free).

1) I tried to "buy) KI but it says im not eligible?

2) If im going mainly digital can I just buy the other 3 games now and start downloading tomorrow am?

I guess. I'm still downloading Ghosts and it's going SLOW! All I've played is KI because I still can't start up Ghosts. Prepare for a long wait if you're not buying discs.

But snapping between digital games on the fly might be worth it actually. It's cool.

If I plug my cable box into this, do I then always have to turn the Xbox on to watch TV, or will the signal still pass through it even when it's off?

Do you get a prompt when switching between digital games that the first game will be closed or is that still broken? Having game 1 auto close and losing unsaved progress is the worst "feature" thus far.

On the One you can say Xbox Use Code (if using the Kinect) or you can go all the way to the right for the Store section, go to games and on the right will be a box for "Use a code".

You can also use the website to redeem codes.

Not sure if anyone shopped around, but I pre ordered all of my games at Best Buy priced at $59.99 each, but while waiting in line for the system some guys behind me told me all the Xbox One games at the nearest Walmart were reduced priced at $49 even.

I just called up BB customer service, gave order numbers, and Walmart store, and presto, I was credited $40. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, or at the very least the easiest.

Now, onto hooking this baby and hoping it works.

Well, it wouldn't be a console launch without problems...

The best Buy launch went fine but man do they love to try and sell tons of shit to you. It was why the line was taking so long to get people out the door! Got Dead Rising 3 and now downloading the update...

It'd be funny if that dude that had the high Gamerscore got his white console and it had the clicking error.
