She promises me that if I go to Best Buy with the gift cards they will accept them after they put in the pin on the back. It doesn't make a whole lotta sense and I'm very sure this will be a problem come midnight.

Most reviews will be up at or after midnight.
I went to Target, EB Games (Canada's Game Stop), and Toys r Us.
Target only had FIFA, the basketball games, and Just Dance, none of which I'm interested in.
EB had a few others as well as controllers, but wouldn't sell me anything.
Toys r Us had nothing at all except a demo XO with no controller.

Wal-Mart is going to have Assassin's Creed 4, Madden 25, FIFA 14, NFS: Rivals, NBA 2K14, Call of Duty: Ghosts, and Battlefield 4 for $49 on Black Friday. Skylanders Swap Force and Disney Infinity will both be $37.
They said they're going to start their Black Friday one week early too, so you should be able to take advantage of all that at launch!

If they're not sponsored by Microsoft, they're certainly angling to get on that gravy train. The first sentence is calls Microsoft's previous consoles "legendary", and that's just the tip of the dick sucking going on in that article.
I'm not opposed to positive reviews. In fact, I hope the reviews are overwhelmingly positive. But try to at least hide the sound of your masturbation as you type the review up.
