The one in the U.S. wouldn't be as bad if the people spending points to bid lost the points regardless if they won or not. It would give people that didn't go on a Dew and Dorito binge to rack up 100,000 points or more a chance towards the end of the promotion.. But since they give all points back to the people that don't win, all auctions are going to end up going for 100,000 points or more. My only shot is the daily giveaway sweepstakes that each code gives you one entry for and then you can apply to a sweepstakes. I have 2 entries in for the one today.

About half the auctions closed for the day.. Average cost to win is like 65k points.. Some auctions went for over 100k. most around the 50-75k range from what I saw. |

Xbox Music will be "free" for Xbox Live Gold members. It will include ads though. But that's better than nothing.
Suddenly not supporting MP3s becomes a non issue. |

From various Twitter conversation snippets.. for the One console email, you have to have tenure over 10 years and gamer score over 100k at a minimum. I think there are other factors as well, but not sure.
I think I've been Gold for 10 years, but gamerscore is only a bit over 46k. |

I got a KI email too and as a) I won't be getting an X1 any time soon and b) I fuckin' hated KI in the 90's, I'll let y'all fight to the death over it.

Been on Live since its launch and passed 100,000 a month or two ago. I would of liked Ryse, and and maybe DR3, in addition to a free system but oh well.
