OK, My PS4 just arrived in Sylmar after a 12-hour trip from Sacramento. Didn't know they had a facility there. Just one or two stops away. Too bad you can't go and pick it up from the local facility.

I'm curious, for those of us who ordered our consoles off Amazon, when did you do place the order?

I know Amazon doesn't post time stamps on order details, but I placed mine right on June 10th mere minutes after the order page went live on Amazon. My co-workers did the same and they got their consoles today too.

I still haven't decided what game(s) to get.

Thinking about BF4 and Killzone... hopeful the multiplayer is good.

Same as you...within minutes of preorders going up on June 10th. Mine shipped a couple hours ago, which I guess makes sense with the nearest warehouse about a little over an hour away.

Looking back at my emails I got the notice at 11:06pm Eastern on 6/10 saying it was available for order and my order confirmation email was at 11:23pm Eastern. Mine is scheduled for delivery tomorrow and is currently in the next state over from me.

Mine was just listed as "Shipped" although UPS hasn't gotten the package yet, and the tracking number doesn't work on UPS's site yet. I'm remaining hopeful.

Does anyone think buying the warranty from GameStop is a good idea? I know it comes with a one year warranty from Sony.

Amazon sent me an email saying that tonight they'd be putting a bundle up for sale of a PS4 bundled with...launch games? Extra controllers? Nope! An Amazon Kindle HDX 7". For $600. Um, okay, thanks Amazon.

Kinda like what Best Buy is doing with the Ultimate gaming bundle or something like that. Console + Controller + 2 Games + $120 Gamers Club + $89 Geek Squad coverage + 1 Year of Plus for like $800. Yes, Best Buy's is more related to the console, but it's a lot of add ons.

If you don't have one ordered, that's not a bad deal considering some PS4s have already gone for $600 on eBay alone.

The XB1 is larger from side to side, but the PS4 goes further back.
