It looks like Amazon released some PS4 hardware preorders, as there are a few in the Amazon top 100 list today.

The BF4 bundle is sitting at #1 and the Killzone bundle at #15

I can sense the anger in some of you the closer we get to launch. There are some people in this thread that are not really interested in the PS4. However, if anyone goes to the other thread and dishes any kind of dirt we go all up in arms about it.

Sony is basically untouchable at this point. Nothing they're doing or saying is wrong in any way, so any anger towards them is usually in jest. That's how I read it anyway.

I mean, there are valid concerns. The PS3 controller wasn't great, will the PS4 one be better? The PS3 network SUCKS, will they fix that? Etc. That's all speculation based on real world experience though.

You specifically said you were surprised about the high sales of the PS4 camera. I made a joke based on the nonsensical NSA-fearing people have thrown at the Kinect. Joke. Again, Sony untouchable, can do no wrong, therefore jokes are easy and harmless. If there had been a proper setup for your joke in the Xbox thread, even though your punchline doesn't make as much sense, then sure.

Also, I'm pretty sure there was no devastation. I calmly and rationally pointed out why I was considering canceling my preorder since my two launch games were delayed.

Yeah, if you like third person action, PS4 has you covered next spring and summer with Infamous and The Order. It'll be interesting to see what they have for the holidays from either ND or SSM.
