I was referring to a launch title. They have multiple teams, right?

Re: PS4 to be announced February 20th?
If the next-generation consoles launch this holiday season, I could see the next Call of Duty being available (a la Call of Duty 2 and the 360 launch).
Uncharted 4 is a huge possibility as each game has had a two-year break in-between.
I would assume based upon Activision's claim that Destiny will not be released in 2013 that it'll be available for the next-generation consoles.
I don't see Halo 5 coming out until late-2014 at the earliest.

So... are they going to stream this somewhere? It would be great if they could at least stream it in PSN.
I'm sure Microsoft will stream its announcement in Xbox Live.

Thanks!
PS4 cheaper at launch than the PS3?

$399 to $450 at release date would be awesome.
I don't think they will announce a price tomorrow though.

My guess is a $399 version and a $499 version. But yeah, no prices announced tomorrow.

I agree with the $399/$499 pricing. There's no new tech in it, so it shouldn't come in as expensive as the PS3 did. I don't think any console could survive at a $499 and up price point this gen. The landscape of gaming has changed. Kids all want tablets; new gaming consoles will be a hard sell for the first year or so.

Looks like Gaikai recently registered Playstation Cloud domain names.

Re: PS4 to be announced February 20th?
It'll be rather hilarious if Sony moves to a paid online service (with no free version) given the number of times that line has been trotted out as the biggest point in their favor this generation.

Well, this generation has been free. They can do whatever they choose next go round.

However, I find the PS+ service to be superior to that of XBL as they offer free monthly games. Would be nice if Microsoft offered that.

Pssssst : Games aren't supposed to be free. And Sony's online game save feature is miles better than what Microsoft offers (but of course it needs to be since you can't transfer an HDD from a broken PS3 to a new one.

I don't see how PS+/PSN can stay the same next time out. PS+ launched years after the PS3 launched when they had a library of DLC & games they can offer for free or discounted. With a new console, it's a clean slate, and they aren't going to have a vast library of content to give away for free.

Re: PS4 to be announced February 20th?
Well, if PSN games were backward compatible... they have an instant library of games that they could start with and grow. But the rumors do seem to be pointing at the Xbox Live subscription model for the next gen.
That article that says that you can watch your friends play... maybe it's just me, but because that line comes right after the "every system will have a PS eye included" I initially took it to mean you can see your friends on the couch playing games. But why would you want that?

Re: PS4 to be announced February 20th?
PS+ is a paid service which offers features exclusive to that of the service. Things that otherwise should have been free....but are part of their paid service. While online gameplay is free, other features are not. It's a pretty vanilla free service.

As it is, Xbox Live is the outlier here. Nintendo and Sony have both been free to play, only MS has forced you to pay just to play with other people.
