This is not working for me. The person just jerks around, and if I get close it gives me the option to "Hogtie" but not too milk. I even tried googling "How to milk a person dead" before asking here but it did not give me satisfactory results.

I'm really bad at it. Pushing the LS up and the RS down and alternating quickly is hard for me. I end up pushing them to the left or right and twisting the teats.

you guys need to be a little more gentle. rotate the thumbstick in slow motions, sometimes mixing it up a bit. Satisfaction will occur.

I might try holding the controller upside-down so it feels like someone else is playing.

I found that Landon Ricketts produces the most milk.

I want to try this, but I don't know where he is located...since he produces the best milk, is he the one located at LR on the map?

He is represented by a red dot on your map. Simply approach, crouch, and move in close to engage.

Yeah but Groucho is this before American Appetites or after? I do not want to mess up that side quest...will this prevent me from achieving 100% game completion as well? Also, what does the achievement icon look like for 100% completion?

Why don't you try reading the manual that came with the game, instead of flooding the thread with these questions? I'm amazed you figured out how to shoot on your own.

Scott, I know you've already been told but please just stop - it's really annoying....and you do this in every video game thread you post in. It's even more annoying for people who lurk more than they post like myself.

Just wanted to quote these because they are on a different page and he-who-does-not-read-much likely won't check that page.

also, can anyone find a detailed picture of the "War Horse"? i looked and can't seem to find one that looks like the one i have in-game. i dl'd the code and it unlocked, but not sure if i just auto. get the horse at the atart or go somewhere to get it later, likethe Assassin outfit.

ok, so do the controls take some getting used to, especially on horses and wagons? the only thing i can do ok is take cover and shoot people on the ground which was cool.

and i can't even figure out how to get to the main story missions. i did the first couple with Bonnie (New Friends, Obstacles), but then i didn't know about This is Armadillo, USA and didn't do that which i saw in wiki was next main mission.

is there a way to replay that particular mission?

i don't even see that on the main mission of wiki page so i assume it is a side mission, but how do you know that?

i've asked a few questions and only one of which could be answered from game manual and one from wiki. if it annoys you Rival then i don't know what to tell you. i don't intend to and merely ask those who are more experienced gamers and have played the games for some time and know the ins and outs. i use all the resources i can now, believe me, the last thing i want is to get flamed over and over and over again and do anything remotely bothersome to other people. that is what i thought these forums and threads were for to discuss and help the less experienced.

other than that i have nothing left to say except maybe people could be more tolerant and stop obsessing whether i take up a few posts asking some questions so i can get just as much enjoyment out of these games as everyone else has.

Re: Official Larry C Red Dead Redemption thread!!!

Have you ever asked yourself why it is that only you seem to have these questions? And not just one or two or infrequently. It appears to be every single game and about the most mundane details.

Look, this is a good community and I think we do our best to help out but after a while you just get sick of the boy and really do hope the wolves get him. Maybe it's more noticeable here because we are a very small group, all things considered, so patterns are much easier to notice. Perhaps a bigger community like gamefaqs would be more helpful with basic questions like yours.

Fact is, we aren't the developers, we aren't the Nintendo Power Line. We're just a bunch of gamers like you. We don't have access to anything you don't. As human beings we are susceptible to negative reactions. We aren't tutors or Google and, frankly, I think a lot of us are sick of it.

I keep trying to help. I get ignored. Is it because you can't be bothered to check every post since your last visit? The User Control Panel is extremely handy for such issues. I don't know what it is, but I do know that it seems like every 2 or 3 weeks we are right back here to this "I don't want to be a bother and I thought we all helped each other" nonsense. Sure, we are. We just ask that you try to help yourself first.

It's definitely nothing personal Scott...again, just pretty annoying especially considering that lurkers like myself tend to read most posts in full. I can't really say anymore that Pinata hasn't already said.

And to get back on topic.....since some of you are on a bit of a music kick....here's ia performance at the Rockstar North NY offices for 'far away' by Jose Gonzalez - and for those of you who don't know, don't care, or who are wondering where this song was in the game...it is the song played once Marston hits Mexico:

So I noticed yesterday that I haven't noticed the Honor/Fame gauge showing up on screen... probably since before I went down to Mexico (I'm currently trolling around Blackwater). I just realized I hadn't taken my bandanna off from way back in the way back. D'oh.

That's a pisser. Just a warning to anyone still playing through the single player --- don't leave the damn bandanna on!

That's a downer! But when I got the trophy for this, they tell you that you either have to have your fame all the way up (which I did) and either the highest honour or the lowest honour (which I didn't). My honour was high but not at the highest.

So first rag on scott for silly questions=waste of space and then waste several posts on jokes about milking. Yeah that's comedy GOLD! -ohbfrank-
