Chances are that you really can't do that, and the wiki which is created, moderated and dedicated for gamers and fans of this game are simply trying to trick people.

I came in here earlier to see what people thought about the DLC, and imagine my surprise to see yet another gaming thread turned into a "Whats dis, who dare, what dis do if i do dat? Maybe i should play the game? naw why do dat when i can ask retarded questions that need serious answering!" thread.

Fuck this. Seriously, I'm sick of seeing these damn questions over and over again, the majority of which could be answered if he played the fucking game.

And that's why i say thank god for ignore, yet i feel sorry for Liver having to moderate that bullshit.

Re: Official Larry C Red Dead Redemption thread!!!

The DLC, in my opinion, is an absolute steal at the price point (read: free). I've had a lot of fun with it and I think I would have been ok with even a $5 fee.

Honestly, the missions in the cooperative DLC feels like what the game should have been. Lots of crazy shootouts and pursuits.

Just loan it to Scott. It is a game that is so easy to understand he couldn't possibly have any questions. ;)

Scott

Take the time to play the game. Read the manual, read the in game help (that's what it's there for), check the wikis, check google and if that fails you - just enjoy the game for what it is...a game. Just play it. It's fun.

Suhweet  I traded in my copy when Amazon was giving $40 for it, I got the DLC already and the recent announcement about more DLC on the way has me itching to just buy it again instead of renting it (since the 1 place in town never fricking has it in I'll probably be buying it.)

i'm actually having a shit ton of fun. there is so much to do in such a lush, expansive world that it truly is amazing to see the detail and what i can only imagine a lot of heart, soul and work went into creating!

I found the ducks flying in the air near the lake north of Great Plains.

regarding "the river" co-op.....if I'm using my sight, does it show down the boat or does it just seem to go slower when you're zoomed in?

I finally finished the game yesterday. I'm not into trying to get 100% but I wanted to be clear... once the cutscene at the end shows
Spoiler:
Jack Marston viewing his parents grave, you play as him going forward, right? In other words it's just a chance to get to 100% but with Jack?

I just wanted to make sure there aren't any mission after that allegedly final cutscene.

do this and there is a Stranger mission which is not previously available which will flesh out the story even more. Can't really say more than that.

I think it's just the close-up perspective of the scope....otherwise I would have gotten yelled at by other players for holding in zoom and making the raft thing take longer. So far, I don't think I've experienced any lag with this game. Glitches galore, but no lag. Still occasionally get lag with CODMW2, believe it or not ;)
