It was a wash for me - both my first gen 360 and 60gb PS3 were about equally loud. I remember posting that about my 60gb PS3 elsewhere and getting instant "BS, 360 is WAY louder" responses. Yeah, no, they're both loud as hell.

I propped mine up last night while it was on my mind, but haven't had a chance to try it out yet.

In the old days, a friend mine, that used to exchange mp3s in IRC channels, changed his name to Monica. After that, he said he received 500% (or some crazy number like that) more MP3s than before.

Damn man that may help. I havent played Warhawk in so long cause of the 3 Ws: work, women, and Warfare! Mainly Modern Warfare cause my friends and I play that so much they got me hooked. Ive had MW1 forever and just barely started playing that online whenever I can.

I ended up testing out the prop trick. Placed two cans of Tuna Fish underneath the console. Played Uncharted 2 for about an hour. It was much moire quieter for the entire hour. The difference was like night and day.

I gotta say my favorite PS3 Game has to be Uncharted 2. That game is flat out perfect in every possible way.

Actually I can't even choose between that and God of War III. Both are phenomenal.

Well, that explains why they're not doing 60fps games. They need to handle the extra characters without slowdown.

According to the PS Blog there is a free Resident Evil Dynamic Theme up for grabs in US only.

Sony is bringing out a 160GB and a 320GB versions of PS3 in the fall.

Didn't PSN +ers have Mushroom Wars on sale a few weeks ago? Or was that a general sale? Either way I don't have it yet, so it'll be gotten.

Microsoft published the first one, so unless you can convince them to publish it for the PS3 your out of luck
