Yup, it's everything (except a few that have been pulled like Yaris). Yup, you'll have to do everything individually. Yup, it's a pain in the ass, but going online to www.xbox.com and checking your account history there, you can select up to 20-30 items at a time to queue up and it goes a little faster.

Last time I had to do this (and hopefully "the" last time) I logged into the xbox, and came to xbox.com to do this at the same time. Your queue will cap out otherwise, but if you're dl'ing/reactivating on the box at the same time, you can keep moving pretty fast (as fast as the Marketplace/History interface will let you.)
I'll say it again: I wish there were some way to permanently delete things from your history. I no longer need a reference to a two minute game video for a game that I have since bought.

For those that missed it: here's what it looked like:

No dice, Chicago.

None on the rack but mine still had the shelf tag, and had a sticker on the back wall of the rack with their stock number/on hand count (0) and another unknown letter code. Shelf tag still said $49.98, no sign of a clearance price anywhere.

Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot you only speak asshole. I didn't say we have ski resorts, just shitty weather in the state.

I don't know anything about your Winter X-Games so I don't know your hipster gear either.

I didn't say you said that you had ski resorts, I was still in the midst of googling it to make more fun of you when you posted, that's all.

Winter-X games? Nah, I'm all for the Olympics. Especially curling.

Uh-oh. It's not letting me go through with the purchase.

edit : On the third try it did.
Is this theme "NSFW"? I've got kids in the house and can't have an inappropriate theme on my dash.
