I agree, I haven't even beaten it but I've put in over 10 hours with it, so that makes it worth my money IMO.

You won't be missing much. That golf game is clunky and frustrating. As much as I want to like it, I just can't. Still can't believe I bought it and an extra course for it. What the hell was I thinking? :doh:

FYI: An expansion for the Magic game is coming later today, for 400pts. Three new decks; three cards for each of the old decks, some new Two-Headed giant challenges and a few regular challenges.

It's also supposed to have a new campaign as well.

Gave the Panzer General demo a spin and was less than impressed. I found combat to be highly convoluted. I'm sure it would get better with experience, but I'm happy with Magic.

Did you try the Tower Bloxx? It looked cute in the stills on the xbox.com site. I have no idea what the game is like, I guess it's a cell phone game originally, but I'm always up for a solid puzzle game.

Anyone have any thoughts on Axel and Pixel? I played the first two levels of the demo the other night and thought it was an enjoyable point-and-click adventure. Anybody know how long it is?

Agree. I quit the demo after my first combat turn took what seemed like 10 minutes to finish after 4 or 5 different stages for one round. Plus, I had a hard time reading the small print on the cards.

Magic ftw!

I must say, that looks cool. I hope they have the on-the-fly graphics shifting like R-Type and Monkey Island (and unlike the missed opportunity in Turtles In Time Reshelled). Those are some sharp graphical updates in that trailer.

Is Toki a highly regarded old school game? I think it looks AMAZING, but it looks like it plays kind of boring. Is there something in actually playing it that doesn't come across in the video?

Of course they reviewed Diner Dash in the July issue, and that game still hasn't been released 5-6 months after that issue was printed.
