Speculation:
8/2 (Sun) - 2 month anniversary of promo
8/4 (Tue) - 2 weeks from last minor update

So you can see why we're hoping today is a big day.

Knowing the programmers' skills at simple processing based on the recent turn of events, I would agree. I highly doubt they're capable of actually scheduling something as simple as an automated update.

Thankfully I can just use my unredeemed winning codes on Wii points instead of songs if nothing new gets added. Still, it would be nice to see more songs between now and the end of the promotion.

I posted it for sarcasm since it's a slow day, but reading the press release you realize they were pretty fucking huge at the time(easy to forget :lol:). It's also strange to read that they've actually have 7 albums.

They would be pretty fun to sing though.

My thoughts exactly...if a band can't even locate and use their original masters from just a mere dozen years ago, it's a damn miracle that some others from decades past actually HAVEN'T been misplaced!

So since I got the game, I've pretty much only had time to pick up and play, not really work my way through the world tour, due to school and work. Since I'm on summer break, I've been plowing my way through cities, unlocking songs and stuff. And as of today, I'd just like to join the many of you that have already expressed this:

fucking Visions!

I finally unlocked it, and wow is this song ridiculous.

Finally decided to start an Expert drums career last night (I'm a fairly capable Hard player); yeesh.

I think I remember trying this at some point in RB1 with similar results. I don't know if it's the faster scroll or what, but I was flailing like it was my first week with the game after the first two or three songs; hell, I couldn't even get through 'Pretend We're Dead' (the end part with the roll through the set).

Any advice or tips on the transition?

To get used to the scrolling speed you can play Hard with Breakneck speed on.
