I always took it easy on noobs in Warhawk...something tells me that courtesy will not be returned.

And I still can't imagine a scenario where I prefer this to Battlefield...just want to play with you guys for old time's sake.

I can't believe that nobody has extended an invitation to you to mount up, get in on BlOps and The 1st DLC for $20 and roll with us.

We may abuse you for a match or two and then back off a bit. I start using wierd combinations of weapons to not be overpowered with the noobs

I have to agree that this is a different animal. The douche factor is higher but like r2 says we laugh alot. Epecially in private matches where we have silly weapon combos. We never take things very seriously

It's hard to do that in CoD because you don't get to see the person you're shooting at's name until after they're dead or they've killed you. BAPTISM BY FIRE!

I remember when Slider used to "take it easy" on us using Akimbo rangers and the douche trio...

Not with Black Ops. In private matches you get to use whatever weapons you like.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Not true. He will have to unlock stuff in order to customize his created classes in both pub and private matches. But you can use anything when the host creates a clas in private matches

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

I must be thinking of MW3. Host usually sets up custom classes anyways.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

We play all sorts of crazy themed matches with pre-made classes anyway. It will all work out.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Did anyone ever actually pick up Starhawk? Or play the demo? I didn't get around to either.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Flip and friz played the demo and hated it. A couple if forum regulars bought the full game, I think fujishig, decker, and maybe edstein? They seemed to indicate that the finished product ended up awesome... compared to the demo.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

I played the demo, and I didn't care for the building element. One of the things I liked most about Warhawk was the simple rock/paper/scissors aspect of it. Building shit adds a layer of complexity that simply doesn't interest me.

I also felt like the shooting was a little bit off, and the Warhawk controlled poorly.
