Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night
I always took it easy on noobs in Warhawk...something tells me that courtesy will not be returned.
And I still can't imagine a scenario where I prefer this to Battlefield...just want to play with you guys for old time's sake.

Not true. He will have to unlock stuff in order to customize his created classes in both pub and private matches. But you can use anything when the host creates a clas in private matches

Did anyone ever actually pick up Starhawk? Or play the demo? I didn't get around to either.

Flip and friz played the demo and hated it. A couple if forum regulars bought the full game, I think fujishig, decker, and maybe edstein? They seemed to indicate that the finished product ended up awesome... compared to the demo.

If Starhawk comes up on sale over the holidays I will probably pick it up.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night
I played the demo, and I didn't care for the building element. One of the things I liked most about Warhawk was the simple rock/paper/scissors aspect of it. Building shit adds a layer of complexity that simply doesn't interest me.
I also felt like the shooting was a little bit off, and the Warhawk controlled poorly.
