It pertains to the PS4 Deluxe edition of PvZ2:GW. When you enter the code that comes in the case it unlocks the full standard edition game (digital version), and the deluxe content add-ons.

Except apparently it's been "fixed" and no longer gives you the digital version.

Yes that seems to be the case. People on CAG are reporting now it just gives the Deluxe add-on pack when entering the code.
