On top of all that, there's always the chance that TRU might not do that promo this year. I expect that they will, but there's no guarantees in retail.
If you are a gamers club unlocked member at best buy all of the following are $59.99 and you get a $20 reward zone certificate if you preorder. That's as good as cash to me so end cost is $39.99 each.

•NCAA Football 13
•Madden Football 13
•Far Cry 3
•FIFA Soccer 13
•Borderlands 2
•Resident Evil 6
•NBA 2K13
•Dishonored
•Medal of Honor: Warfighter
•Assassin's Creed 3
•Halo 4
•Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

Is the 'unlocked' something you pay to be a part of, or is it just a new name for the Gamer's Club I attached to my Reward Zone a few years back?

Unlocked is BBY's version of Gamestops powerup program. 15 a year for a magazine and pretty much the same benefits of powerup (10% more trade in, etc)

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

I also posted this in the xbox thread

34.95 for a year up on ebay from buy.com again xbox gold

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Xbox-360...06%26rk%3D1%26

just a reminder for those on the family plan...you can add these cards to a person not currently on the family plan and then add that person to the plan and get credit for that time. I bought 2 years for 69 bucks...if I add that to one of my kids and then add them to my plan I get 1 year of family for 69 (1 month for every 2 months on a normal gold plan)

I have 3 kids...so all 4 spots are taken on my family plan, so that runs me only 17 bucks a year for each gold. If you are already using 4 spots...after you get the cards, drop one of the members, add the 1 or 2 years you bought...and after a week add them back to your family plan to still get the benefit.

Thanks for posting. I've been waiting for a deal to renew my soon-to-expire membership, and I think that's the least I've ever paid for 12 months.

Best Buy has Witcher 2 (360) for $9.99 after using the $30 coupon that you can find under your rewards zone member coupons. You can be a free member and still get it.

They also have a Max Payne 3 coupon for $20 off (or $30 if you are an unlocked member)

I agree, excellent deal. How did you do instore pickup when the coupon says not available through BestBuy.com? Just curious, thanks.

You can always order it for in-store pick-up, then cancel the order once in-store and re-buy with the coupon. I do that a lot with scarce items.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

Yea, what Decker said. I just ordered it like normal for in-store pickup, then will use the coupon when I get there. The "not redeemable at bestbuy.com" just means you can't use the coupon online.

I picked up Sleeping Dogs and NCAA Football 13 for $60 at Toys R Us. They only had a select amount of titles for this promo.

I did pretty much the same thing -- I picked up the same two games, but price matched them at Walmart (allowing me the Walmart exclusive DLC for Sleeping Dogs, plus not having to worry about limited game inventory). Then I went to Best Buy and sold them the copy of NCAA 13 for a $38 gift card in trade-in value (after removing the unused Online Pass that has some value on eBay).
Essentially I got Sleeping Dogs with Wal Mart bonus content (wtih ugly, Wal Mart-ified box art) for about $27 after taxes.

What dlc comes with the Walmart copy? The one I got at Best Buy came with the GSP dlc.

The Deep Undercover Pack

Walmart Exclusive: Deep Undercover Pack. Gear up for your dangerous undercover mission with this exclusive set of stylish suit and car, topped with a CB radio for your safehouse.
Now why they had to deface the cool-looking cover art like this
Spoiler:

instead of just putting a sticker over the outer shrink-wrap is totally beyond me.

Got my card in the mail today. This was perfect timing because my account was coming up for renewal on the 15th. Thanks for posting this deal.

Don't beat yourself up. Even if you had checked this thread yesterday, you would have still missed the deal by five days!

I went with the straight forward approach and found a copy at the BestBuy that's on my way home from work. (Sugar Land). The one that's near my home has jack and shit so even though I did check last night I was not expecting a darn thing. Hopefully I get a chance to play it sometime this fall . (I have to review Borderlands 2 in the upcoming future so I know that will take up a great deal of time).
