I've never played Metroid Prime 2. I've actually never played any Metroid games past Super Metroid.

All the other games are personal favorites of mine. Although I would've picked Last Blade 2 over Garou as a personal favorite.

I can't believe there wasn't a single Pokemon game taken. Next to Mario games nothing else comes close in total sales. I thought about taking Diamond but I didn't wan't to take a chance with this crowd.

Not me. I didn't really game much on consoles between the late 80s and 2006, so there is a whomping-big hole in my experience.

I own/have owned 8, I've played through 1 (Final Fantasy Tactics) that a friend let me borrow, and I don't own 1 I suppose (Portal) because I have the Orange Box.

Yeah, I can't believe no one chose a Pokemon game either.

Another game franchise missing from these lists is Madden. Why the hate for sports games? [flame suit] I'd take any Madden game over any Final Fanstay game any day of the week. [/flame suit]

Agree. I actually find RPGs really boring, and most here are big fans. The only one I've enjoyed is Fallout 3, and a lot of RPG purists don't like that game.

So, I'd put Madden and FIFA over almost any RPG any time. Why? Because I've played most of them and have had a lot of fun with them. I can't say the same about RPGs.

I picked NFL 2k5, which was one of (if not the best) football game ever, but it seems to be killing me in the voting. I've had 2 or 3 people vote against me partially because I have a sports game (or two).

What are you talking about? We are tied.

Well, there's just been a lot of discussion about why more sports games weren't chosen... but it seems to me that my sports games are hurting me more than anything else.

I agree. I like what The Bus is doing. I actually took some of the comments from last time and intergrated it in my choices this time (not too many RPGs).

I thought maybe it was my list that was hurting you more than anything else.
