Human is a great song and I'm sure would be fun on Vocals...but seriously, how does Guitar Hero plan on making this one interesting, because it is NOT a guitar heavy song...at all.

Is anyone watching MTV Rock Band Battle? I think Shagrath needs to get his band on there. It seems more about performance than level of difficulty, which is sort of a joke, because it seems that not every instrument is playing on expert.

We'd play on Expert and blow them out of the water performance-wise! I'm an amazing frontman, and Kij can do all the crazy guitar moves (behind the head, not looking, the Won't Get Fooled Again slide!). They wouldn't know what hit them!

You trying to say we're a bunch of leaping around douchebags that have seizures onstage for points? We are awesome and we have synchronized rock moves yet still get high scores on Expert because we are that damn good!

The only time we dump difficulties down is when we're playing on a shitty stage where some guy that thought he was hot shit putting RB drums in an acoustic drum kit which made the triggers unresponsive and the speakers are in the wrong places and we can't use the controller so the sensitivity is fucked up and the judges didn't watch certain bands so the winning band were some butterfly wing-wearing assholes ARRGH AJSHFJIAHSJKOFHAOEFHN:OAJEHOAE

I kept looking for it on their website, but I found nothing. You might have to look up the tv schedule to see when it airs again. They had a burned in PREMIERE on the bottom corner.

And, yes, they were a bunch of douchy "bands" that sang on fuckin' medium. I don't think I saw one band that played at any difficulty on any instrument above HARD, which is why I call bullshit.

BTW, the winning band got a 52" tv, home theater set up, an xbox 360 and an RB2 bundle. They played My Own Worst Enemy and Any Way You Want It. I know the charting on those and they were NOT playing on EXPERT. Scoring is by their RB percentage and audience percentage.

I think you guys should go on there.. turn it up to expert on performance mode and bury the competition.

Ive seen some of the episodes and it just comes of as weird and thrown together.

It seems they just put random contestants together all at different levels of play and style instead of auditioning in complete bands or acts and let them battle it out.

They have them doing all sorts of weird nonsense for the sake of TV and they sometimes play the actual game in the process. Like having each team run around some maze while they toss balls at you or spray them with foam and then at the end they stop and play RB for some points.

Its just plain goofy.

Unfortunately, Emerald Frosion is really just a 2-piece of me and Kij. We don't really know anyone else that's good enough to be a permanent member. There's a guy I work with who's pretty good at guitar/bass, but he has absolutely no presence whatsoever. We don't know anyone who can rock drums besides Kij (and he can't really play guitar and drum at the same time, or at least not well).

Looks like we're just relegated to semi-internet-celebrity status, unfortunately. :(

Fortunately for you Kij has the ego of three band members so it's like you have a full band already.

No.. what was on MTV was a Battle of the Bands type of show called Rock Band Battle. My Directv schedule has a replay on Sunday 11/16 @ 3:30am or 11:00pm.

Drums/Guitar will not sync. My Guitar Hero guitar will though.

They just flash the green around in circles. Am I missing something?

Checked batteries, pressed the gray button on the drums, checked any options on the game software but they will not sync. :( Lost.

did you press the button on the console as well as the controller?

EDIT: Well it was me=dumb. Since GH always worked out of the box for me I played around with the sync buttons on the instruments and 360 and now got it to register. Good (knock on wood) for now.
