I can't bear to make myself lose to find out, even on Quickplay :)

You can't lose it. You get each star at a set score.

GatorDeb 12-19-08 01:07 PM

So Stars have NOTHING to do with accuracy?! I thought it was score+minimum accuracy like GH.

Oh, and 5 stars isn't "all" the stars, but I'll leave that for you to discover. Good luck! ;)

?!?! You can get MORE than five stars?

If it's score-based the hell with that, I'm happy with five

well, scores are tied to accuracy if you think about it.

I like all 3 of those Foo songs, but I'm still hoping for Let It Die and the Pretender.

Only 5. Pinata is referring to something "special" to those that play on expert. Seeing how you are on easy now, I don't think you don't need to worry about it anytime soon.

SexualPudding 12-19-08 01:41 PM

I think she is on "intermediate" now. ;)

All of it.

Imprint 12-19-08 04:15 PM

Getting the whole Foo pack. All My Life and The Pretender in the next pack please :)

mdc3000 12-19-08 05:39 PM

More Foo Fighters? Harmonix is my own personal Santa Claus. FUCKING AWESOME.

Tarantino 12-19-08 06:27 PM

Some Billy Squier...nice. Now give us 'The Stroke', please.

And I've been meaning to ask this for a while...

What does it mean to FC a song?

I've gold starred songs on expert and 100%'d some songs on drums, but I just don't get the abbreviation...

= J

I always thought The Stroke was rather boring... I'd much prefer My Kinda Lover, Everybody Wants You, In The Dark or Lonely is the Night.

Full Combo. It's 100% without breaking combo and losing your mutliplier/streak.

Every FC is 100%, but not every 100% is FC. Gold Stars do not require 100% or FC in Rock Band as they are based on score ~1.4x the score for 5 stars on Expert only.

If you strum or hit a drum where there isn't a note, you break your combo. But you can do that while still hitting 100% of the notes.

Michael Corvin 12-19-08 07:47 PM

Does Dave Grohl own stock in Harmonix? Nevermind + Foo Album + Foo 3 Pack in a couple months time? We already have some QOTSA with Grohl, why not round it out with some Tenacious D?

superfro 12-19-08 07:48 PM

I've been sick with food poisoing all day...but now I see that there's a Foo 3 pack next week and I'm throwing up rainbows! If I had the strenghth I'd do a dance. :(

GatorDeb 12-19-08 08:20 PM

I got my first 100% FC on intermediate!!! :D I'm 5-starring them easily now. Thinking of going up to hard.

So I went to a shows yesterday that featured two bands and I kept looking at how the drummers held their sticks :)

Nevermind on the hard. Going to keep on intermediate. Damn orange fret, I ran out of fingers.

UncleGramps 12-19-08 08:47 PM

I guess "intermediate" is the imaginary difficulty between Easy and Medium?

GatorDeb 12-19-08 08:49 PM

:p So I'm five-starring them easily on medium now. I have to figure out a way to deal with the orange while not losing my position on the other four. I could do it if it was just orange and there weren't oranges+something else.
