Maybe I got that game confused with Big Sky Infinity. I knew I had no interest in Karateka based on the reviews. It was those two cross buy games that I wanted to check out but couldn't.

Per the Blogcast, the next free PS Plus game is Closure (which, of course, I bought when it was on sale a couple of months ago). There is a deal for PS Plus members to get Critter Crunch for $1. It's a great fun weird little puzzler and it's well worth full price; for that price everyone should grab it.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

I'll pick up Closure for free it looks like something I might like. I already have Critter Crunch from PS Plus that was free way back when I first joined (2010).

Did anyone pick up Knytt Underground and have anything to say about it?

Just a reminder: The two free Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale bonus characters are only going to be free for another week, then they'll be $2.50 each. So grab them now, whether you have the game yet or not.

It came out years ago - I got it for the PSP for $5 a while back. It's alright - I prefer the original SNES version with hand-drawn animation rather than the redone polygons in this one.

It's that time of year again:

http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8107/8...73a4ff3f_b.jpg

It’s that time of the year again! Today, we have the pleasure of announcing this year’s lineup of great titles for the third annual PSN Gamers’ Choice Awards. As we have in previous years, we’re opening up the polls and hoping that you’ll make your voice heard to determine the best downloadable PSN titles. We’ll again have three nominees across 10 categories that will feature the top-rated and most popular games of 2012.

Starting later today through February 25th, you can visit PlayStation Store or the Sony Entertainment Network Online Store to cast your vote in any of the categories by downloading a free XMB theme. Remember, your votes will determine who wins in every category – not to mention that winning titles will then go on sale for a limited time.

Once you’ve cast your vote, check back here next Tuesday to see which titles came out on top. Starting later that day when the PS Store updates, the winning game in each category will be discounted in the PS Store for one week, with an even deeper discount for PlayStation Plus members.

Well, my main PS3 account got the $10, but none of my other accounts did.

Not really complaining, but that would have been awesome. Still, nothing wrong with $10 out of nowhere!

Just curious, are those who aren't receiving the $10, are you PS+ members?

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

Nope. I'm guessing those who got the $10, must made a lot of purchase from the store. Unfortunely for me budget is really tight for me and had not made a purchase in about 6 months. That $10 would have been nice to have in my account.

I am, and I got nothing. I never spend any money though. I only download the "free" stuff.

Wow, this is real? I got the message and assumed it was some sort of spam / virus message. Noice.

My nephew got the credit and he's literally never made a PSN game purchase on his PS3. Reading online, it appears a lot of people that spend a lot of money on PSN were "skipped", so it looks like this was just completely random or (hopefully) is simply being sent out in waves and everyone will eventually get a credit.

It's to soften the blow when you find out psn games wont transfer over to PS4 ;)
