Maybe I got that game confused with Big Sky Infinity. I knew I had no interest in Karateka based on the reviews. It was those two cross buy games that I wanted to check out but couldn't.

Per the Blogcast, the next free PS Plus game is Closure (which, of course, I bought when it was on sale a couple of months ago). There is a deal for PS Plus members to get Critter Crunch for $1. It's a great fun weird little puzzler and it's well worth full price; for that price everyone should grab it.

I think it's an enhanced remake of the classic Mega Man X, complete with 3D character models, remixed music, and all new unlockable features, this is classic Mega Man turned up to 11. When Sigma leads a group of Reploids in a revolt against mankind, it’s up to X and Zero to protect the world from ruin. Nope. I'm guessing those who got the $10, must made a lot of purchase from the store. Unfortunely for me budget is really tight for me and had not made a purchase in about 6 months. That $10 would have been nice to have in my account.
