I am sure it is my problem alone. Terrible luck follows me around. My network is fine...all of my other online games work...including WoW.

Well there were probably lots of people playing last night because of the 100% experience buff, but I personally didn't experience any issues.

You guys got me back in the game, currently working on a Wizard at about level 26. If you are just trying to level, is it best to power run through normal or should you still search all around?

The quests give a lot of XP, but I don't think it matters too much. However you get XP buffs if you're in a group, so the more people you play with, the more XP you're getting.

Thanks, I just sort of ran through. Up to about 53 now. Was hoping to get 2 up to 60, but life got in the way. Still, it's been fun getting back into it.

edit: Oh and to actually contribute to your query instead of just posting a snarky comment. It might not be a bad idea, not sure how much others care about the story aspect of the game though. Personally this isn't a game where the "story" (the little bit that there is) matters to me.

Well I finally got my issue fixed. A guy on another board suggested deleting the D3 cache folder. I did and it works beautifully. Thank God

I don't think there will be enough activity to warrant two separate threads.

Also the legendary amulet that cancels out all arcane damage AND heals you instead is ridiculous.

Got my copy of the expansion from my friend yesterday, ready to go! I imagine most/all of the talk for the next month will by for RoS, I don't think we need separate threads either.

That's my impression too, given that the Crusader is available at character selection, but grayed out.

yeah, i did something stupid last night. i was doing some runs with a friend, I was in his party and I just followed him around. He got off, but said I had to do was the route we were going then leave and reset then start back. We, me and my dumb@$$ chose "reset quests", so I won't be able to do ACT V until I go through the whole game again. Yes mock me...yes i am stupid. Will adventure mode be available to me or do i have to defeat the game again for that? How about the crusader? Thanks.

I threw in the disc for fun and ran setup, and pretty sure it did absolutely nothing.

According to this page you can access Adventure Mode at any time:

And reseting quests only affects that character. You'll be able to roll a new Crusader no problem.

so, i reset the quests for my Wizard....only his quests were reset...not my barb's or Demon Hunter's? I hope only for the Wiz. I would hate to know I had to wait to play the new act until I went through everything again. I would just run through it with my barb and get my wiz there later.
