The best buy deal is intriguing. The $15 deal says online only and offer varies in store, but I wonder if there's a way to get the $15 GC at the store as well.

I don’t buy many new releases anymore since I’m still working through my backlog, but I think I’m going to hop on that K Mart deal if the reviews are good. A $20 coupon and a $20 game are too good to pass up. And I still have a $25 gift card that Josh mailed me from the MVC3 fiasco.

Could be worse. Mine says 49.

I'm wondering if there's any $20 games that I could get at Kmart that I could flip online for that much. If so, the deal is very interesting.

Any chance red dead will drop in price when L.A. Noire gets released? I seem to recall gta 4 dropping when red dead came out

Any idea on when reviews for this will come out? I'm curious, but I don't have quite enough faith to drop a blind pre-order on it.

I would guess like with most major releases these days you wont see any till that day.

I'm not a big fan of these review embargoes. It does a disservice to the gamer, especially when combined with pre-order bonuses and the like.

At the benefit of the game makers though, so it's really no surprise.

I started to play it and 10 seconds into the site logo's I stopped it. I just can't spoil this one. I remember going into RED DEAD REDEMPTION blindly and the opening to that was amazingly immersive and one I'm glad wasn't spoiled for me.

Ok, so i wanted to see if it lives up to the hype with the first few minutes, I'll still love it, spoiled a bit or not.. The facial expressions and the animation to the speaking is superb just like they said it would be. If I didn't know better I would have thought it was a movie.

Seriously, unlike most (read, just about every other game) if someone was deaf and played this, they could play this game by lip reading with no subtitles.

Ok, for anyone worried, it's just the tutorial case, and not the whole thing it looks like. The game pretty much holds your hand through it so I don't think I would consider it a spoiler. I was thinking of not getting this. I AM fucking getting this now.

I watched a few minutes of it as well. I already have it pre-ordered but this just makes the last five days that much tougher.

I preordered from Gamestop just to be able to go there at 9 am, and pick it up, and play all day Tuesday.

There was also a deal of getting credit for two games, one of them Halo Reach that I got a double thanks to the beta. I got credit for $53 for both games, so it will only cost me around $10. And yeah, I know Amazon, BB, or another store would be able to give me more credit for those two games, but this was too easy, and the Gamestop is one block from my home.

Finally got all my BB ducks in a row and placed the order for in-store pickup on Tuesday (GC being mailed free, whatevs). $48.82 after $15 in RZ coupons. So net $33.82 plus all the RZ points and bonuses. Sell the DLC code for another couple bucks =

so if I order this for in store pickup I can still go to the midnight launch for the dlc right? Just pick it up then, even if they haven't sent me the "Your item is ready to be picked up" email?

I'm trading in portal 2 and MVC3 for a 60 dollar card to pay for it fully. Problem is the midnight opening is at a different store than the trade in, so I have to go to the store, trade in, get a gift card, then order it online with that gift card at the correct store.

My Gamestop is having a midnight launch but I figured I waited all this time, another 10 hours or so won't kill me.

Besides, why go, stand in line with a bunch of dorks, and come home to play for an hour? Especially if you have to work.

Only for the free DLC that will be handed out at Best Buy. I'm dreading it, but I'll be making that run to get it there.

What's this midnight @ BB DLC you're talking about? I don't see that referenced on their site at all, just the free "Sharpshooter Outfit" when you pre-order it.

Found the info on the BB midnight thing - exclusive dlc case, min 16 per console. I doubt my BB will be doing a midnight release. I wonder if they'll still have codes when I go to pick it up. I'll be asking either way.
