Facial animation is amazing...but while it does a fantastic job of capturing emotion, it lacks something I can't put my finger on...making some of the faces look like crap. It is hard to explain, but from some angles they look amazing...from others they looked fake...and like that asshole that made Heavy Rain said, the disconnect between the face and the rest of the body brought you out of the realism..sort of like seeing a hot 55 year old woman, who has had a face lift, and you scan down and see her old throat or old lady hands.....

The dead bodies when I moved their faces around stunned me....then a cop will walk up to you and talk and his face obviously had less horsepower behind the mask than others....

6.5 is the lowest a game can get.

and 9.0 is the lowest a Rockstar game can get.....

Cool. I always wondered why there was an option to "Choose Gun with L" but it only gave me one gun. Guess the additional gun(s) are DLC.

No, I don't -- the facial scan was a nice added touch but in no way makes the game great...it does its job movie wise but has no other impact on gameplay at all...there is nothing ground breaking about using an existing technology for its intended purpose is what I'm saying.

The 7 is because it does deserve a decent rating for what it tried to be....it just didn't execute very well at all.

I was thinking this wouldn't be worth buying if you got one of the cases for free via preorder DLC but if the price of the two available DLC packs is any indication even buying the 3 you didn't get would work out to 960 vs. the 800 you pay on the pack.

this seems like a nice deal..especially for me since my only pre-order bonus was clothes. This should be around 5 hours of game for 10 bucks...and many dlcs out today give you far less for that....

Kind of a neat way to slow down used game sales...pre-selling the dlc that is not coming out for 2 months...I wonder how well it will work because the market is already getting hammered with used copies...
