Anybody try out any multiplayer yet? I thought I saw an option for that on the menu.
beating your ass down in pacifism.

That's cool, since I played like two rounds of pacifism just to unlock the next mode.

Anybody have an opinion on the best mode? Or where the competition will ultimately lie?

I imagine Sequence is meant to be the mode that is truly a level playing field for everyone. Deadline might be, but I think the enemies have more of a random pattern the way RE and Waves do.

Waves is just nuts and I love it.

I'm guessing Deadline and Evolved will be the big ones.

This is one hell of a sequel and easily the best $10 I've spent in a while. I spent around 3 hours doing my best to beat PixyJunket360's scores last night, and am still floored by your sequence score. I've yet to even complete the mode! I probably spent the most time playing Pacifism since the rounds are so quick and I'm always telling myself I could do better next time. Any interest for keeping tabs on a leaderboard here, much like how there was one with Pac-Man CE?

That's cool - keep telling yourself that I played it more than three times.

Time for a GW2 thread yet? Especially if it's going to be shit-talking and leaderboarding.

Not me, man, I'm far enough down on my own friends list to want to see it opened up to everyone

Whew, I was worried that all the talk (yesterday) of Castle Crasher's price point was going to overshadow the release of Geo Wars 2. Good to see folks on the forum playing.

If you guys love GW2 so much, you should really check out GW-Galaxies for the Wii, as it has a bunch more modes, and I feel it trumps GW2 in pure breadth alone.

Unless it's all about the leaderboards for you guys, then I just feel sorry for you...
(though I think Galaxies has those too, but I'm not sure)

I simply didn't like Galaxies controls, otherwise I would've been all over it. Give me my twin sticks!

If it makes you feel better, you're #1 in every mode on my friends list.

The less said about my scores the better (this is my first foray into the GW universe).

Agreed - Galaxies rocks.

However - the leaderboard action on GW2 is so simple, yet genius. I love the fact I can see who's next on my friends list to beat. Such a simple thing, yet so damn cool.

Aw crap, another board for me to bring up the rear of; my Pac-Man CE lack-of-skillz bring shame upon my family. Although, as of right now, I just barely passed Groucho and am no longer the celler-dweller of this game. I am the penultimate GW2 player!!!!! (for now).

Totally. I know that if it says PixyJunket360 up there, I'm done. Anyone else I have to go after.

Oh, and if we do have a list, do we keep Pixy on it? He's the man, but until he posts again do we want him dominating our leaderboards?

That's cool - because I know you did, you looked at my lowest score and then spent all night trying to beat it just so you could come here and talk shit.

Ugh. I played it at a friends house for 5 minutes. Didn't even realize you could use that, and he never told me. D'OH! Time to look for a copy!
