I rank Oblivion as one of my favorite 360 games whereas I never could get into Fallout 3 and am having a hard time as well with Dragon Age: Origins.

What system would you be buying Oblivion for? It's best on PC, but the console versions aren't too bad. Note that the PS3 version of the GOTY has a bug where you can't complete the quest to cure your vampirism. And, it doesn't have the plug-ins so you can't use the Vile Lair to cure it either.

So if you get it for PS3, don't become a vampire at all.

Chess, I'm going to go out on a limb here : Any chance you posted that clip in the wrong thread by mistake?

3-for-2 on 360 platinum hits. I'm sure they're just matching TRU or someone, but am considering using it to catch up on Mass Effect, Bioshock, etc.

Anybody else able to get this to work? I've added 3 of the listed games to my cart and attempted to check out several times, but it doesn't calculate any discount.

I didn't checkout yet, but it worked for me. I picked Fallout 3, Mortal Kombat and Lego Star Wars

I posted what they're thought to be in the PS3 thread.

Dante's Inferno is DOTD

Then there's Arkham Asylum, toss up between Tekken and SF IV, Star Ocean, Lego Indiana Jones, possibly some PS3 controller (with a very slim chance its somehow the Move), and UFC 2010

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that 2 of the titles I chose say "Sold by [other place] and Fulfilled by Amazon" on their product pages. But I added them to my cart directly from the sale list screen, and the product pages clearly list the B2G1 offer. Still not working when I check out.

Oh well, I have most of the prominent titles from the list anyway and this was just scraping the bottom of the barrel, so maybe it's a sign that I don't need to add anything else to my backlog.

Per CAG:

Use coupon code "SPLINTER" for an extra $5 off of Splinter Cell Conviction. Brings the 360 version down to $47.

It's Ubisoft, it will be cheaper than that inside of a month.

Duh, why was I expecting Lego Indiana Jones to be the first one? Then again, I looked at the first one and the 360 version is under $8!

I'm lame because I bought Batman AA, but it didn't sell out while Tekken 6 did :(

QFT...since amazon is not offering any game credit with this one I will pass, knowing it will be under 40 in about a month....unless reviewers start declaring it game of the century and offering up their daughters to it in sacrifice.

I'd already placed an order for Splinter Cell using the $20 Battlefield BC credit a few weeks ago. I tried to get them to retroactively add the $5 SPLINTER credit to the purchase, but they couldn't. Through a long and drawn out phone call where I explained I was worried I'd lose my $20 credit from BC 2 if I re-placed another Splinter Cell order, they ended up giving me another $20 credit and reordered it. Still the promo wouldn't apply. Fortunately, after canceling the previous order, the original $20 credit reappeared. Bottom line, including the $10 promo from God Of War, I got Splinter Cell for $21.99 and Just Cause 2 for PC for $29.99, plus a $15 gaming credit for Just Cause coming in the next few days. All that without the damn SPLINTER code working either time. Crazy. -ohbfrank-
