Yeah, I noticed L4D2 went back up to $54 a little while ago. I'm hoping that one goes down to $35 to match Best Buy tomorrow. (Crossed fingers.)

Great game yes, but even at $10 it's overpriced. I rented it from Gamefly and finished it in about 3 hours.
