The Android store version is ad-driven and free. This is an exclusive ad-free Android version that's normally 99 cents, but free today. All the AB games were free for a few minutes this morning, but I missed that. Amazon has announced there will be a paid app featured for free every day. I'd expect the other two AB games to be free once over the next few days.

This is a completely new Angry Birds game. But yes, there have been free ad-supported Angry Birds and Angry Birds Seasons for Android.

the Android version of Angry Birds generates $1M in revenue per month in ad revenue. How can Amazon/Rovio afford to just give it away for free?

It's Amazon's promotion, so they're probably paying Rovio a little something. Plus it's Angry Birds Rio, not Angry Birds or Angry Birds Seasons atm.

I went to pick this up and either you posted the wrong price or they raised it back up. It is 27.99 on 360 and 28.99 on PS3.

Tiger Woods 12 is $60 with a $25 Amazon credit for PS3/360. Wii version is $50 with $20 credit. No deals on the Collector's Edition that I can find, unfortunately.

Note, the online code is the same price, which is rare. Also Amazon gave out $10 credits toward Live codes last fall with certain purchases (Halo: Reach), so you may have one and not know it.

So I nabbed one for $29.99 after discount. I'm good through 6/2014 now. :lol:
