It would be sweet if the new Force Unleashed game worked with that.

The question now is will this work with all existing games or only those written to use it?

Just my guess, but I assume that it'll only work with new games that are programmed to use it. I can't imagine that existing games would know what to do with the additional data provided by the add-on.

It is also supposed to be 1:1 so I bet developers will take advantage of that.

Wow! I can't wait to see what new games will be taking advantage of this! Hopefully a new Zelda!

Not sure, but that's what people have been wanting since the Wii came out so now we have it. Now we just need some games that take advantage of it. Hello Force Unleashed... I'm looking at you.

In today's E3 press conference, MS announced "Avatars" which are customer designed characters that represent you in games. Sounds incredible. How will Nintendo counter?

I'm sure this is a big YMMV, but the Springfield, VA Toys R Us has a bunch of Wii games clearance priced and is taking an additional 20% off. Among others, they had Zack and Wiki for $7.98.

Is this sarcastic? The avatar = the Mii.

Notice how MS/Sony are doing things that most gamers called gimmicky? Motion control controllers, Mii's etc.

Still hoping for the KH3 exclusive.

Monsterhunter won't be announced at E3 supposedly. I am hoping for Icarus to kick some serious ass and REALLY hoping for a big surprise like a new Zelda or something (although I highly doubt it).

Pikmin 3

and even down the list I'd still like a sequel to Luigi's Mansion. I'll be getting my Ghostbusting on-on the 360 so I need Luigi to fill those shoes on the Wii.

I believe it's 9 AM Pacific (noon Eastern), i.e., 1.5 hours from now.

Hrmm I can't get out of my head when the President of Nintendo America says there will be a game that 'gamers' will be really excited about. I wonder what that is.

Matt at IGN is claiming Kid Icarus won't be shown today. He could be purposely misdirecting or trolling for hits, but who knows.
