No Summary.
But I did get my broken console back much earlier than expected. It's also got a manufacture date of July 23, 2007. No HDMI.

Cool, welcome back. Was your refurb is good condition? I'm always afraid that when my time comes I'm going to get a beat-up ass 360 back in exchange for my pristine piece. Maybe by the time I get the Cirque du Rouge they'll be fixing individual systems instead of conveyor belting refurbs to everyone.

Looks ok. But my question is, if it was a refurb that means that it broke within a week of it being made - then was fixed. Not out of the question considering recent developments...but something to think about I guess.

And yes, it did include a month of Live in there.

It may be a new system, they may be clearing out stock of the non-HDMI units.

Just to continue some thoughts from the last couple pages of the old thread...

I believe we had the same issue with Tiger Woods....I guess I'll have to try a few other games, but this is rather annoying.
I know COMCAST upload speed sucks according to the website 384kbps I believe.

the only way I experience lag is if I'm playing Gears of War and hosting while playing split-screen

Just a friendly reminder to dvdtalkers... when you send a "Friend Request" to other dvdtalkers put DVDTALK somewhere in the request so that we know who you are.
I don't know about others here but I tend to wait a while before answering FR's if I don't know who you are. Sometimes I'll delete the request after a while.

I have found that you can do that if you enter their gamertag manually from the dashboard. But, if you add them through xbox live or the gamertag list here, it doesn't give you the option to add a message with the friends request. You'd have to send a second text message in that case.

With my 360 sitting in McAllen, TX, it might be best for me to stay away from this forum because everything I read makes me wanna cry. First Track and Field in XBLA, then the Stranglehold and Bioshock demos, Madden is out tomorrow, I can't play NCAA, the list keeps getting worse.
I want my 360 back!! Well, not the broken one I sent in, they can keep that one, but I'll take a new one!

Agreed. The demo got me pumped, and then the footage on the tail end of it got my psyched. Now, the question is, will the HD version of Hard-Boiled included on the PS3 version look good enough to forgo the Xbox Live and Achievements?
