Apparently, Next week at CC, if you buy COD4, you get COD3 free (360 version). Just a heads up.

Wasn't aware this came out so soon. Pretty excited for it since many of the games I have rented lately haven't been nearly as fun as the COD4 beta was.

I already have too many games to play.

But all these reviews giving it a perfect 10 and reading about the ability to level to 55 and then start over for a little symbol marking your bad-assness have me hooked.

That and i want to play with my CoD2 peeps who rarely step into my Halo world.

So, in summary, i am a weak-willed and easily influenced person who will also be picking it up at launch.

edit: if the CC deal is true, then it makes it an easy purchase to get to play a little CoD3 as well.

Hopefully I can raise some fundage from selling some old / sucky games to be able to pick this up on Tuesday..

Yeah, that's a great deal. I hope CC has enough copies to get in on it.

The sales ad shows that it is just the regular version but there is a "gold edition" of COD3 as well, correct? What's the difference and I wonder if that can be gotten in this deal?
