They get their shipments in throughout the week. That's how I finally got my DS Lite. I just called all of the EB Games and GameStops on a daily basis for two weeks, when I finally found a store that got a shipment in.
Good luck!

VC update for 4/23
Gradius®III (SNES®, 1-2 players, 800 Wii Points):
Return as the pilot of the Vic Viper starfighter to battle the onslaughts of the Bacterion Empire. Blast through 10 action-packed levels in space, destroying everything in your path. Customize and power up your ship with weapons and upgrades including speed-ups, missiles, lasers, options, and shields.
Wonder Boy™ in Monster World (Genesis, 1 player, 800 Wii Points):
Monster World was a peaceful, happy place until one dark day when an army of BioMeka monsters invaded. As a young man named Shion, you’ve vowed to defeat the hostile foes and make the land peaceful again. You’ll attack enemies with swords and spears and guard against incoming projectiles with shields and armor. As you travel through the many different regions of Monster World, you’ll talk to the townspeople, collect money to buy items, and gather a large variety of weapons and magic. The further you venture, the more powerful your weapons and equipment, including suits of armor and boots, will become.
Battle Lode Runner® (TurboGrafx 16, 1-5players, 600 Wii Points):
This upgraded edition to the famous Lode Runner series includes a 5-player versus mode. Gold funds have been stolen from the Time Machine Research Center, and the group responsible used a time machine to escape and hide the gold throughout time. The center sends an elite team of “Runners” to go and retrieve the gold.
In addition to the familiar Puzzle mode, the game features Battle mode, where up to 5 players can compete, and Edit mode, where you can create your own original stages.
You can enjoy Battle mode in a number of different ways. Be the last one standing to win in Survival. Grab items from enemies and escape to win in Escape. With 4 players, you can separate into two teams to do battle in Tag Match.

Once you find it and get logged into the router's configuration menu you'll be able to find the wireless settings. There should be an option for the channel it broadcasts on. I believe the range is 1-11 with a common default of "AUTO". Just manually change that to 1 and let the router reboot itself and all that. Your wireless devices should automatically reconnect and try the Wii Shop channel again.
If you can't get it to work still, let us know the router manufacturer and model you have and we can get through the settings.

Like Dragon's Curse, I'm going to throw a *very* hearty recommendation on Wonder Boy in Monster World.. which is its sequel. Both are great games for those that like the Metroid/Castlevania style adventure games. It's a shame that my favorite game in the series is an arcade game and the home version is 1) On a system that probably won't come to VC (Master System) and 2) Sucks.
Of course, since I already have the Complete Collection, so I won't be buying it on VC.

Good games on the list, but the 800 points still doesn't sit well with me. No buys for me.
Target had Wiis this morning so it looks like Nintendo is shipping out a bunch right now. They will all be gone if a few hours though.

Has anyone played the Lode Runner game that just got put up? I have to admit that I have fond memories of playing the original game on the ol' Apple IIC way back when. If it's any good, I might give it a download.

I'm curious as well. Always liked Lode Runner but know nothing about this one. Isn't there a version in the works for XBLA as well? Might be worth the wait.

Here's an unnecessarily long and annoying video showing off some of the 2nd online Wii game - Mario Strikers Charged. Shows the gameplay as well as the Friend Code entry screen (I assume - I'm having buffering issues here and I'm only 1:30 into it).

Ok in My wireless channel when i first got on it was 1-2.437 GHZ, then I clicked reset my security, and it gave it 6-2.437 GHZ, when you say reboot, you mean just click on reset wireless settings correct?
I have linksys, wireless-g, 2.4 GHZ, 54mbps broadband router.
Oh I got a new message, says unable to connect to internet code: 51064 or something..different than the last time.

I am going to try th at.
Edit: Okay I just changed it to channel 11, and unplugged the power from my router (I hope that is what you meant by rebooting)
I am going to see if that works.
Edit 2: Okay this did not work.

I saved settings after changing it from 1 to 11, but this did not appear to do the trick.
I even saved, and unplug the router. so confusing that I can download wii updates to the wii, but can't connect with wiiconnect bleh.

I put that code in at the support site, but it didn't tell me much more than channels. Might check the forums or see if your router is supported.

Now I just got this error:
220602 Error Code 220602 There appears to be an issue with your wireless router's firewall. Try a " Manual Setup " with the Wii console ( how to ), using your network's DNS information. To access the DNS settings:
>>>>I don't know what my network dns information is..
EDIT: I got the DNS and my default gateway, I am going to try and manually set up connection on the Wii

Failed again. This time trying to manually enter in the settings, says it couldnt find a access point and that my SSID might be incorrect, which is not right, because I wrote it down exactly as shown in the wireless page, Is it case sensitive?
EDIT: Okay yes it is case sensitive, But now I got a new error code 52732
Our experience has shown that this error message typically occurs when another device in your network is using the same IP address of the Wii console
wtf argh
EDIT 2: Okay apparently I had to ad 10 points higher. on IP address, so instead of .102, it needed to be .112 and that did the trick, successful connection.
Then I tried using the connection and BAM 220602. ONE GIANT FRIGGING CIRCLE.

www.portforward.com is a good place for help with router issues. It also worked wonders for some problems I was having with Xbox Live.
