Yeah, with MS launching a year early(and actually selling) and Sony having a $200 premium price over the 360, the rules for pricedrops that we've grown accustomed to have been thrown out the window.

Judging from the amount of difficulty people are still having in getting one, I think that number dropped simply because Nintendo didn't ship as many. That's not good.

Yep. All that means is Nintendo could only ship 260k units. If they ship more than that this month you can bet the sales will reflect it.

Or, maybe Gamestop was right when they claimed Nintendo was "holding back" units until the end of the quarter (March 31st). I have noticed they have been more readily available the past couple weeks.
