I finally beat this and it was quick, so quick and fun I got all the trophies (minus the bullshit online ones). It was totally worth $20 and its a keeper. I love short fast fun games.

That's a great price...which system? I beat most of it last year and traded it in for other stuff. Another one of those that's a blast with four players, though a bit short still fun with the "Proton Power Pack".

For all you suffering with Achievement OCD, word from the developer Terminal Reality is that they are FINALLY going to fix the multiplayer achievement glitches! Hooray! Have to still wait till the fall though.

Hope with the price drop more people check this game out, its amazing. Anyone that even remotely likes the movies needs to play this game. It truly felt like it could of been the third movie. It was a ton of fun, great writing. Completely captured the spirt and tone of the movies.

I played for about an hour last night. I had trouble understanding the strategy. I felt like I was just firing randomly and the ghost would just go in the trap eventually. I am gonna look at some vids to see what I am doing wrong.

Some later ghosts often only need to be destroyed physically by inflicting enough damage, but are usually much more dangerous.

Re: "Ghostbusters"
I thought this was a great game but the only problem with it for me was i had to play it all in one day because it does not save. I'd like to play it again but what's the point when you can't go back to where you ended on another day?

What do you mean it doesn't save? Did you select a save slot when you fired it up?

Re: "Ghostbusters"
For me when i first played the game for about two hours or so i stopped it for the day and then the next time i loaded the game up it did not start where i ended, I had to restart it all over again so in one day i had to do the entire game and it was so frustrating but i was glad to at least complete it. The only time the game saves for me is if i keep the game on, If i turn the system off and put the game back in it does not continue where i left off. I've tried everything i could and what sucked the most was when i did beat the game it unlocked alot of bonus videos so i figured maybe those would at least be there the next time i put the game back in, No those were ALL gone too.

Re: "Ghostbusters"
Are there any exclusives for this game for one system or another? I don't own any of the systems other than the Wii, but I'm considering picking one up eventually, and I wouldn't mind picking this up for $10 for the future.

Yeah, if you quit after the game saves at the end of the level, you miss the intro cutscene for the next level. I found that out and from then on, waited for the next level to load up, before quitting.

I just got this recently and finished it on Professional. It was tough, but fun.
Regarding the game not saving, I had a problem with that. At one point, my progress stopped being recognized. I restarted several times and it didn't work. Since everything, including options, is in one file, I decided to try changing an option to see if it would help fix the file. That "worked," but I lost all my money, artifacts, and PKE scans (though I kept my pack upgrades and level progress). Thankfully I was able to buy the remaining upgrades. It happened again, but that time I didn't dare change anything. It worked again after a couple of restarts.
So, there does seem to be something buggy with saves from time to time. This is the PS3 version, BTW.
