That was an awesome opening, loved seeing the credits and writing credits and loved when the music kicked in and camera pulling away showing the ghostbusters car, loved the opening with the TV ad playing. Great stuff

It's a heckuva lot like the opening of Ghostbusters. But yes, I wouldn't say funny -- charm would definitely be the better word. I think it just speaks to the fact that they're trying to give Ghostbusters fans exactly what they want.
So far, IMO, it's working... because I'm a big fan and I'm sold with every new trailer or video clip that comes out.

I am looking forward to this too, as well as the insane nights of co-op with the usual suspects. I just hope there isn't friendly fire or Buzz will surely attempt to trap me in a containment unit.

One thing is for sure, Atari is doing a hell of a job with these tidbits of info. They are quickly making people forget this is a movie licensed game.

I can't believe this game is so close to coming out. I always wanted a third Ghostbusters and it looks like I am going to get my wish. Glad they were able to get everyone back and involved (minus Rick, but that isn't a huge deal). This could go down in history as the greatest movie videogame ever by the looks of it.

This and Batman were pushing me to finally get an XBOX, so for some of us this game did have some pretty decent pull (providing reviews were good).
After all of this time and effort has been put into the various releases, I can't see how they would not be released at some time, even if it's a little while after the PS3.

Its only Sony exclusive in PAL regions - America will still be the same day for 360/wii etc.

I got a really good feeling about this game. I'm so glad this is a summer release rather then a holiday, so it won't get lost in the crowd.

I hope this backfires on Sony with the 360 version looking better than the PS3 version.
I only say that because of them trying to shaft PAL regions out of being able to purchase a 360/Wii version anytime soon.
