I'm no expert, but I do have a laptop and it took a second or two longer to find a signal after I changed the settings but it did resolve itself.

So is everyone naming their main Mii their name here or their gamertag name? Just so we know who is milling about?

It's cool to turn on the Wii and see someone new. Tommy is wandering about the Wii Plaza and someone's Mii (the name escapes me at moment) dropped into the main Mii area and now shows up on my Baseball team!!

I don't know how I changed the pants color, might be because since he's my main avatar I marked him as my favorite.

alright... i posted my wii code here a while ago, and several people say they've added me, but i've gotten no new wii's or messages... do I need to add all your codes manually myself, as well?

i just kind of assumed i'd get a prompt that said "someone has requested to be your friend" and I'd accept. Wrong?

Both sides need to add the other... part of the safety they are looking to maintain I suppose.

I'm just curious if I have to do anything to that "Mingle" box in the creator. It won't let me select it or anything.

Figured it out. Just for anyone else having issues, you have to set your Mii's to Travel before you can highlight the "Mingle" option box. To do so go under Wii Parade and there is a button for Travel. The default setting is off. Turn it on.

Now you can select each of your Mii's and turn Mingle on.
