My coworkers MIL just called him today and said Target got in 20 today. He got one this weekend at Target when they got 12 in. So it looks like big shipments have been hitting since this weekend. Good luck to everyone still looking.

Yahoo! I wife has just returned from Wal-Mart and she put a 360 on lay-away! Only $343.26 and that baby is all mine! I wish I had the money to get it today but with Christmas and everything, it will be a couple of weeks before I can get it.

I walked into Best Buy at 11:51 this morning to pick up a regular Xbox game to keep me busy until I found a 360.
Walked towards games and saw a small roped off line with a sign saying "Line forms here for Xbox 360, on sale at Noon". Got in and was #8. Waited 9 minutes and walked out with 1 of 21 Premium systems. They still had some at 12:30 as well. Super easy.

Me too. I've mainly concentrated on Best Buy, as I have $300 in giftcards and can't really afford it otherwise. I've tried Walmart as well, thinking I could always wait until Best Buy gets them in, buy one with my gift cards and then return it with the Walmart receipt. I'm going to swing by the closest Best Buy at opening tomorrow and Friday and if I don't get one then, I'll probably suck it up and hold off until Sony's announcement in early January.

Someone returned one to my local Best Buy yesterday. The lady said it was defective because it froze up all the time.

I got mine, but my sister has been looking this whole time. I feel bad for her, she got burned on bestbuy.com the other morning and got backordered. And she hasnt had any luck with sam's club (waiting in their store for hours while they said they might be getting a shipment).

Gah! They can't even follow directions! Now I'm starting to think my trips in the morning are completely futile if they're just going to hand them out whenever they get them...

According to FedEx, mine will be here on Friday at 7pm !!! Its currently in IL and Im in MI so Im confident itll be here. The whole bundle is coming too which is a plus. Off to buy some more games for it .

Christmas layaways are over at Wal-Mart. This was put on a regular layaway. We have until 02/19/06 to get it off. I should get it way before February rolls around.

I haven't found one but I've not been looking every day, just maybe once or twice a week. As long as I can get one by 12/31 that's fine. Though I get the feeling I might decide to hold off once I see my credit card bill for this month.

I got mine today at Best Buy. The guy at BB said they sold 24 this morning and they had 8 left but he would check for sure....he came back to the phone and said they had 3 left. I drove there just in time to get the last one (Premium bundle).

Did anyone here receive an email from Sears indicating that they have an Xbox 360 bundle in and if you reply to them with your name and number, a sales associate will call you back to complete the purchase? I had a while ago gave Sears.com my email address to send me an email when they have the 360's back in stock. The strange thing is though, I called the 1800 number after thinking about the legitamacy of the email and they don't remember sending such an email out and said all the emails they send have a direct link to the item. No one has bothered to call me yet, but I was just wondering if anyone who signed up at sears.com received such an email too?

I'm still trying to get one. I am going to stop buy BB in the morning when they open. Hopefully less people know about this new shipment.

I am waiting for my bro-in-laws EB pre-order to show up, although if I happen to be in a store and they have them, I would pick one up. I am just not actively hunting one at this time.

FYI, I went to the Secaucus NJ Best Buy tonight and asked 4 different people. None of which knew anything about tickets and none had any expectation as to when they're coming in. Hopefully anyone who goes to this store has better luck then I did.

Put it up on Craigslist locally... you'll sell it within a day.

Ha! This is great. I just got an email that the Buy.com bundle, which I requested to be canceled yesterday, is not going to be shipped by the 25th. They just sent me a $25 gift certificate for it not being delivered on time. Hopefully they do cancel it.

I called one of the Best Buys near me and they said they'll have them tomorrow morning. Hopefully it won't be a Saturday repeat!
