Nice work. Now you can do it again but this time invert your y-axis camera. I gave up on the silo for now. I went back and finished a few of the early missions that I had only completed on hardened before. I will "win the war", eventually.

Congratulations. It was great having all of us doing Call of Duty 2 at the same time. It helps to have support through the tough times where you're stuck on one part for hours under the insane veteran setting.

It would have been nice if they had added some multi-player acheivements. Most of the other games do.

Congrats to Tbird and edstein. I noticed the 360 blog now gives you a medal for clearing COD2 Vet. I feel so special Wait...where's my medal for completing Need For Speed???

I finally beat it on Veteran last night!!!!

I was suprised how easy the last level was compared to most of all the other levels in the game. The level I found hardest was Caen, especially clearing the church.

It took me 2 days for just Caen. It did take me awhile since I can't play as often as I would like. I can only play COD at night because of my son, my wife would kill me if I played it while he was in the room.

Ok, I jut finished the game on "normal". I think the total achievement points was like 200. I guess I'll go back and try a higher difficulty.

Is this good to pick up? I just got SOCOM 1 & 2 and getting used to the controls (been playing SOCOM:FTB on my PSP all this time and wow, the PS2 controls are a bit to get used to.)

I want to pick up some of the other shooter games like this with online action. Suggestions?

This is a pretty good online game in my opinion. Especially if you just get together with some friends and run som deathmatches. Everyone shooting everyone and you can chat in one channel the whole time. The kill cam in my opinion is also genius and helps cut down on camping.

Yeah. Nothing like everyone making fun of the n00bs like me.


I'm on the fence about this one. When you snipe from afar from a prime location, it sucks to have to move and give it up. I can see how it makes the game more "fair", though.
