You know, I don't think I've even discovered Ironforge yet...

wait, did you say TRAM RIDE?

No wonder the game install was 4 gigs. so much to discover...

No rush, you're only level 7. You'll get a mission that directs you to Ironforge soon enough.

joeboo: i've been playing when ever i can since last christmas and the main is only to level 55. luckily my wife loves to play as well (her main is level 54 or 55) but having 2 kids really kills the amount of play time. If we're lucky and not really tired, we can log in at 9 and play til 1. i've sacraficed lots of sleep but the game is just so much fun.

With 3 spelling/grammar mistakes in the picture, I'm leaning towards fake...

So you can trick or treat now at your local inn, once an hour. Has anyone gotten anything actually GOOD? I just got the mask, and then candy bars.

I've been turned into a Kitty, Skeleton, Bat, Frog, and Wisp. I have a Female Undead mask. And picked up Lollipops and Candy Bars. I also have 3 wands, two of them for random costume changes, and then 1 for Skeletons. I want to be turned into a Ninja

I want to be turned into a Ninja
just join a group and loot a chest without rolling, then you're a ninja(looter)

Finally got my ass into MC this weekend and finally got attuned for Onyxia. My guild took down Luci (3rd time), Mag (1st Time) and Ghenne(?) (1st time). It was fun but I am so behind in DKP (and my guild leaders are also priests so the chances of getting good drops will be few and far between.

How far behind in DKP can you be if they've only killed Lucifron 2 times before you got there? Or were they accumulating DKP from non-MC raids?

Accumulating DKP from many, many earlier MC raids where they were learning and farming. The guild gives credit for the hours spent in MC. Also accumulate DKP from ZG.

Anyone got a direct link for 1.8? My connection still sucks (haven't actually tried in a while) but I'd like to go ahead and patch.

thanks.

What's the best way to keep track of DKP? Right now my guild is small and we just basically give the item to whoever needs it the most and we are all about helping each other out; but once we get to higher levels I want to start recruiting people for high-level instances. Any suggestions?

The site is blocked for me at work. Would someone mind posting the pic itself? Even if its fake I would like to take a look at it. Thank you in advance.

The way we do it is we have a dkp officer update dkp on our guild website after each dkp eligible raid.

As I noted in my above post, I've been offline (or at least away from WoW) for quite some time and need at least 1.8 (though presumably the new one too) -- the WoW updater isn't working too well at the moment, so a direct link would be preferable if anyone can direct me to one.

Anyone else have problems after the latest update yesterday? I signed on, but my character was actually invisible. And most of my inventory items were big red question marks. Then after a minute or 2, I got booted. I tried signing on a couple more times throghout the night, but the same thing happened.

I don't want to sound like the typical GM, but have you tried disabling all of your addons?

I don't use any addons.

I did find 1 guy on the WoW forums who had the same problem, but tech support hasn't responded to his post yet.
