the difference is that he PAID for it whereas your DVD was FREE. He should be able to return it to Toy R' Us since he PAID for it. If I were flix1, I'd call ToysRUs.com and request a new one.

It was probably just an inventory guy who did a poor job opening the box and ruined the game.

he paid for ONE, and got ONE free.

anyhow, I agree, I'd call them and complain as well. The cut game could have been a gift for a friend. Why would a friend want a ruined game? So yeah, definitely complain. In fact, tell them you opened the box, and you were so shocked, you deserve a $10 gift certificate for your trouble, lol

Or, at the very least, another free game [for all the pain and trauma, of course]...

I finally found one copy of Splinter Cell for GC at Best Buy. Thankfully I was able to PM it along with Def Jam Vendetta. I might sell off Def Jam cuz I dunno if I want it but I'm happy that I finally got Splinter Cell.

How long is the sale going on for? Or did it end today? I might make a trip down to Best Buy for another price match if it is still going on.

The sale was in last Sunday's ad, so I think it's over.

Online Code Worked Today

Well I just used the online XBox code to purchase Midnight Club 2 and NBA Street. So I guess it might still work. Now to see if the email comes.
