Just for refrence, what DO you consider a good game (Let me guess? Final Fantasy or GTA3?). It would only become a process of elimination if you weren't able to figure the puzzles out on your own. Other than the 2nd Quest of the original Zelda, I don't remember anywhere in any game where you had to blindly guess what to do.

If you use your head it doesn't become a process of elimination but a logical process. If there is a room you haven't been to above you try and bomb an entrance. The boss fights are logical and very well designed as well.

The bosses in the Oracle games are simply genius. I think only the first boss in Ages could be defeated by sword only.

I have Oracle of Ages/Seasons, and never could beat the damn final boss in Ages (I think). I've had them for ages and eventually gave up and never got around to ever even trying the other one. The final boss was just too hard.

Well.. I took a break or something, but I finished OOT last week and am about a day or so away from beating Master Quest, and am now borrowing an N64 with Majora's Mask.

Also been play Zelda 1 and 2 on my NES when other people are over and taking up mah TV time.

Now all I need to do is procure a copy of Link's Awakening..

I haven't played a Zelda game since the first one, maybe I'll try Wind Waker

Link's Awakening is one of the harder to find ones.

I've been looking for a good copy with at least the instruction to no avail. the ones I have found are too expensive. that was a great game though. for some reason i really liked the story.

TBD: Orcarina and Majora.
prepare to move everthing down a slot for OOT...brilliant game.

MM is a matter of taste. a bit repetitive and un-zelda for my taste.

i'm very much looking forward to the Oracle games, but i can't imagine them replacing OOT at the top of my list. will have to wait for the new gameboy to come out.

i suspect Wind Wanker will soon be 1 or 2 on my list.

1. Z:OoT
2. Z:LttP
3. LoZ
4: AoL
5: Z:MM

Did you like the first one? Because Wind Waker is 3D like Ocarina and Majora's, and quite frankly, I don't consider them Zelda games.

I played the WW demo at TRU recently, and while it looks gorgeous, it's still a 3D game, and Zelda isn't like that.

If you did like the first one, then Link's Awakening, the two Oracle games, and Link to the Past for GB or GBA are the ones you want.
