Lunar 1
Lunar 2
Vay (okay not as good as the above 2 but still a fun rpg)
Popful Mail
Dark Wizard (awesome hexagonal strategy game)
Silpheed
Switch (not so much a game but it is cool)
Soul Star
Shining Force CD
Eternal Champions CD
Sonic CD (Best sonic)
Snatcher (the only Hideo Kojima's <of metal gear fame> Snatcher/Policenauts series that made it to USA)
Battlecorps
Final Fight CD (best translation at the time of this classic beatem up)
Heart of the Alien (only true sequel of Out of This World, includes OoTW)
Mickey Mania (even better on CD with added bonus stage)
NHL 94 (better sound and a few other minor enhancement to this sports classic)
But those are my personal best Sega CD games, and they are very good!

In answer to the topic. No, I don't care if people play for the wrong reasons.
In reference to the guy whose brother just drove around in GTA, well, if you ask me, that's a pretty fun thing to do (for a while) in those games--that's one of the good things about it; you can do missions, or you can just drive around, stealing cars, beating people with golf clubs, ... Good, wholesome fun.
