Weird Al, Drew Carey and Thomas Lennon was a great lineup. Possibly the most superstar so far.
I know I'm getting old. I appreciate the work the newcomers put in. But a lot of these guests don't get any laughs from me. On the other hand, the social media clips are often good. And you never know who is going to show up day to day.

I've only seen clips of this and what I've seen is amusing but seems to be a waste of Taylor's talents. Does watching the whole show give a better impression?

At first, I thought yes.
Then, i thought about it a little more.
1. She gets a steady gig and a steady paycheck. She's not pounding the TikTok pavement nor touring unless she wants to do so.
2. She gets time to develop her new set while getting that steady paycheck and exposure so when the show goes into reruns for a few weeks in the summer or whenever, she can do her tour gigs on her schedule.
3. She gets to work with good friends and meet new friends, all with strong support from Stephen Colbert.
Whether the program showcases some of her greatest talents is nothing compared to the opportunities it offers her in the meantime.

She's also just really good at this hosting thing.

Has anyone accepted and taken home the haunted doll?

Good, we like this show.
Yes, someone finally took the doll.
Then a fan sent an identical doll to the show.
Whoever won the original brought it back at least once with her.

I am loving watching her shows on Youtube. Her monologues are just wonderfully fun to listen too.

Last night's guests were Mandy Moore, Chris Sullivan, and Milana Vayntrub, not a bad line-up at all. Taylor had a fan girl moment having Mandy Moore on her show, and you could tell she was thinking oh my gosh, Mandy Moore is on my show now talking to me. It was adorable and even the audience and other guests could totally see that was the case.

Even better was Chris’ buzzer not working so he took control of Mandy’s. Like Taylor said, the show works so much better when the panelists know each other and are friends.

Funny episode, Taylor gushing over Mandy was cute, poor Chris being overlooked by all the ladies

LOL, already canceled: https://deadline.com/2025/03/after-m...on-1236351453/
The one hour format was too much, for me, at least. 30 minutes a night was good for the old one. They've stacked up on my DVR and really I only care to watch the ones that have people I already like on them.

She makes it sound like she decided to leave because she had to get back to touring. Seems she would have time for that in the off season though. If it really was her decision to leave, CBS could have offered her more money or found someone else to take over if they thought it was worth it.

It was okay for a little while but I haven't watched or thought of it since maybe the first month it started back up

Based on how many weeks NBC is having Seth Meyers go dark nowadays, I don't think the Networks think programming in this timeslot is worth the trouble.

Outside prime time most of the schedule of my local CBS affiliate is made up of "Local" News. Just more and more junk filler as streaming replaces everything.

Good news for Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen. At least in Chicago, that's what comes on next, so it'll probably be on an hour earlier here like it was after Corden ended for a while.

I preferred watching the highlights on Youtube. I think I only ever watched a couple of complete episodes, and I have been a huge Tomlinson fan for years.

Maybe it would have helped if they got A list stars to appear on those shows.
