Jon Stewart needs to get some self-tanner and a dark suit. He looks like he is near death.

Works for this guy, he's the epitome of health.

Trump is 77 and Biden is 81, yet the impression of the general public is that Biden is too old to be POTUS and Trump is energetic. So yeah, not looking like the Crypt Keeper's ghost would work for Stewart.

General public shouldn't believe their lying eyes and ears. Biden is sharp as a tack! or it's just his stutter or something that causes him to wander around the stage, have brain freezes, and bring up supposedly recent conversations with foreign leaders that died 30 years ago. Luckily our third party choice is a young 70.

You know, I've been kind of lukewarm on Jon's return, in general. Yeah, he's good, and it's fine having him back, but it feels just like before.

But man, that interview last night with the FTC chair was masterful. Diving deep on a range of topics, weaving humor in effortlessly, and making a 20 minute interview about federal regulation never feel boring. I never saw interviews like that from any of the guest hosts over the last year and a half.

Yeah, that was a good interview.

Another fantastic interview, this time with Salman Rushdie about his book KNIFE, which dissects the assassination attempt. I've noticed Stewart has a lot more freedom to run these interviews much longer with no commercial break.

Great interview. And yeah, I noticed that the running time of this episode was a bit longer than usual.

Good news, I watched his on-stage New Yorker interview the other day and he confirmed it there.

I wonder how long they are going to do the weekly rotating hosts for the other days? Originally I was guessing they would do that until they figured out which one was best for a permanent Tues-Thurs hosting gig, but I guess not?

I like the rotation and as far as I can tell they seem to like it, too.

I just can't get with the guest hosts, except for Josh Johnson who is OK.

But generally I only watch Jon Stewart's episodes

IMO Jordan Klepper is by far the best guest host. The others range from watchable to pretty good.

Klepper just strikes me as a wanna be Joel McHale. He even looks like McHale

Klepper is pretty good, but my favorite is Desi Lydic.
