It was actually $737,612.62. $737,000 is Walt's estimate. $612 represents S6E12, the current episode, and 62 represents that this was the 62nd episode of the show. Those guys are wacky.

Oh man, so many great things there. I want Jimmy's Davis & Main bagpipes.
Werner's slide rule trophy is a pretty cool memento for the current price.
The urn for Rusty is only $300.
The final Prison outfit is pretty pricy already, understandably.

We knew what the final poster image was going to be, but it's still cool to see it done. Very cool project. I would totally buy a coffee table book of his posters, maybe paired with Sepinwall's reviews for every episode.

I think I worded my question poorly. I'm just expressing my disbelief that such an item could be going for so much money. I'm also surprised that the auction description doesn't mention Don Eladio, but only the country club scam scene. Wasn't it the same tequila that Gus used? I thought that scene was much more powerful.
I guess, as much as I like props like that, I fail to see them being worth that kind of money. Are people buying things like this as an investment, or just because they like them?
There's another stopper with the bottle, currently at $9000.
Hector's bell (a backup copy) is currently at $10K. Admittedly, that is a very cool prop. I would drive my wife up the wall, if I had it.

It’s also the fan base and popularity of the show. People would buy Bob Odenkirk’s used dental floss if it came with a certificate that it was used on the set.

Wrapped this up last night and didn't love the finale. I appreciated getting closure on all the characters though. I did absolutely love all the Lalo and Nacho scenes in this final season but the fast forwarding (or present day) stuff left me a bit frustrated. Jimmy / Saul was always a con-man... he always had a playful mischief that borderlined on obsessive. But his flip to being a complete piece of shit threw me off --- I guess that's the only way he could have redeemed himself with respect to Kim's confession.
Also, was I the only one who thought he was under witness protection? I assumed he worked at Cinnabon as a plea deal --- not because he was a fugitive.
Still, this is a top 7 show all time for me, LOVED the secondary and tertiary characters. Please, please give us a Gus series now.

Yeah I don't know how anyone could have come to that conclusion. He didn't testify against anyone. Nobody from that world is in prison, except him now, and there's nobody to protect him from as they're all dead.

So pissed this show was once again totally shut out of the Emmys. I'm not super-optimistic but since the most highly regarded episodes of the season were those six episodes that aired after the break, they will be eligible for Emmy consideration next Fall.

It’s still a crime that Rhea didn’t win an Emmy for season 5 (most notably epi 9) - where Kim gets in Lalo’s face to defend Jimmy. Peak acting.

Another joke of an “award” organization. Zendaya wins twice for Euphoria? Please. All these Killing Eve nominations through the years and no one cares about that show.
And such an Emmy hard on for Succession. Watching it now for the first time. It’s entertaining but nothing more than a soap opera. Not even close to the same league as BCS.

I strongly disagree with that statement, Succession IMO is worthy of the accolades and is very rewatchable, and definitely in the same league as BCS. I think if you keep watching you will see what the fuss is about. At least with BCS we can like Jimmy most of the time, but I've never had an experience where I hate all the characters in a show and am still riveted which is the case with Succession.
