Re: Saved by the Bell (Peacock) -- reboot series
Finally watched the 1st episode last night.
It was quick, but the end with the old gang getting together to honor Screech was a nice touch. They never specifically said that he died, but it was heavily inferred.
and yes they do reference the pandemic. The Bayside kids were forced to have an entire year of distance learning.

Cancelled
I figured it was dead because 6 months passed since it aired and season 2 had absolutely zero publicity. No one was talking about it. Season 1 I guess got lucky because it aired early in the pandemic when people wanted to watch anything new.

Re: Saved by the Bell (Peacock) -- reboot series
The WWE Network at it's highest had around 1 million us subscribers. They essentially decided to purchase WWE fans for about a cost fof $16 a customer when their highest price plan is $10. Their cost acquisition is even higher when you consider some of the wrestling fans are already comcast subscribers getting Peacock free.

You think they'd be better off just selling the viewing rights of NBC and Bravo shows to Netflix or Hulu and shut down Peacock than losing close to $2 billion.
