I like Hernandez, so I'll give this a shot.
Also, it has Han.

Re: Magnum PI (reboot)
Definitely more of a Burn Notice vibe than the original Magnum series. Seems the new Higgins encompasses more than just the old Higgins, she also replaces Mac/Maggie of Naval Intelligence. The Nuzzo character was also in the original series and part of a multi-episode arc. Really doesn't look like they'll play the Higgins is Robin Masters card in this.

Yeah I've seen Navy Seals used a lot on procedurals. Steve McGarett on Hawaii Five-O is a former Navy Seal. Sam Hanna on NCIS LA is also a former Navy Seal. And the new CBS show Seal Team with David Boreanaz is about an elite team of Navy seals. Nothing new in the action-procedural world.

I love this Tattoo as it's clearly a poser tat. There is no shift pattern like this out there.
In the Jeep world there are a lot of people that prefer to drive stick myself included.
I saw an ad for this show on TV and didn't realize it was not for a bad movie until the middle or so when they had the title scroll.... I have my doubts this will be any good.

Tell that to the rest of the world. Try renting a small car in Europe; most are sticks. They will bump you up to a large sedan and even those have manual transmissions.

But yeah I'm aware that other countries are still using stick mostly. I'm from Bangkok, Thailand and most cars there are stick.
I don't see what's so funny about Hernandez saying he can drive stick. It's just an added benefit to him being able to drive Magnum's iconic car.

I was speaking mostly from my experiences driving here in Los Angeles and sitting in other cars here.

Hernandez saying he can drive a stick is hilarious because not too long ago no one ever questioned if you can drive a stick or a person mentioning they can. Everyone I grew up with knows how to drive a manual. Even my kids know now, too.

Watching "The Amazing Race" , it's critical that contestants know how to drive manual, because it tends to be prominent in other countries. I was reading an article with a former "Big Brother" contestant who was scheduled to be on next season, but was dropped at the last minute. She was complaining because she and her partner paid for lessons to learn how to drive stick, saying it cost (in LA) $300 an hour.

I'll give it a shot. I thought I would hate the Lethal Weapon reboot too and it turned out pretty good. At least, until they fired "Riggs".
