Considering how much pain she had before coming to the Hilltop, I was surprised that Maggie didn't follow the doctor's advice to take it easy. She risked losing Glenn's baby by jumping into action.

Wouldn't the walkers at The Hilltop be able to get to the livestock and screw up The Hilltop's ability to provide food for The Saviors?

I just don't like any of these new characters. This show is... failing me.

True, but I thought the idea was that the Saviors were going to rescue the Hilltop from the walkers to show them how much they need the Saviors. But the Hilltop folks ended up saving themselves under Maggie's direction, which the Saviors weren't counting on.

I'm just surprised to see someone riding a bike. I'm assuming Ellie found it along the way. Of course that didn't last long, as it appears Carl trashed it with the car... along with the car itself. So 2 perfectly good modes of transportation are destroyed to kill a single walker - a walker that was easily avoidable/killable by hand.
I wonder if Ellie will share her amazing discovery/idea with everyone else: "hey guys, there's this device that allows you to get to places MUCH faster than walking and takes a LOT less energy and is very quiet and doesn't require any fuel! It's called a "bicycle" and we should be looking for those!".
So why did Sasha stab a walker in the neck and why does it seem like that walker died? Since when does a neck-stab kill a walker?

Heh, I like the Jesus character. One of the few characters aside from Daryl that I actually like that haven't been killed off. Hopefully he sticks around and has more appearances.

I was wondering if Jesus was going to refill those scotch bottles he was pouring out.

Why are the Saviors being written as movie villains from the 1980s? It's fun in small doses but this could get very stupid over a whole season.

Didn't look like it to me. The walker was basically in a lying down position and Sasha just stabbed directly down on the neck. I'll have to re-watch it to make sure.
EDIT: just re-watched the scene. She definitely only stabbed the walker through the throat. So now there are 2 ways to kill walkers... a blow/stab to the brain or the neck. I wonder if the other guys know this information.

Yeah, maybe Sasha will whisper it into Rick's ear as he escapes a government bunker that's about to explode.

If you just arrived at Alexandria and met Rick, he is doing the same thing that Gregory is doing. We need to give the Saviors what they want and they will leave us alone. If they find Maggie and Sasha, they will hurt one of the Hilltoppers for harboring someone who the Saviors think is dead. I don't have a problem with How Greg is reacting considering that is how the writers want the groups to react to the Saviors instead of just ambushing them or poisoning them or LEAVING.

Enid: Carl you moron! Walking to Hiiltop instead of driving the car you needlessly destroyed or riding a bicycle has to be the most insanely idiotic idea ever!
Carl: What was that? Wait, never mind and come look what I found!

I'm amazed the Saviors didn't take Alexandria's solar panels and electrical generators.
In the comics, the Saviors aren't shown with so many firearms at first, and that point allows Rick and his group to underestimate them. In the TV series, they're loud and proud with them.

Rick is acting out of fear for others.

Boring ep. I'm tired of the Saviors already.
